Absolutely I would give it a 5 star 🌟. Starting from the ambience, cleanliness nothing short of amaizing very clean rooms. staff are so welcoming and friendly and totally passionate with their job to always go above and beyond to make sure their guest have the best hospitality experience The peace & serenity in your rooms and arround the hotel is fantastic. Gardening and landscaping top notch and I loved the fact that no too much carpet allover the room that sometimes make it stuffy. Breakfast is definitely a catch so far from the regular and quite tasteful to the tastebuds Lighting on the corridors is well infused luminous to give that bright refreshing expectation. Above all we enjoyed our stay thanks guys.

TV and phone not functioning. Dingy sheets and towels. Paint splatter all over 2nd floor. Front staff in the evening sub standard from the usual best westerns. Worst best western I've ever stayed in, bar none.

I was charged twice to stay one night and after almost two months of calling the front desk and calling the 1800 number, I still til this day HAVEN’T received my refund.

New management. The manager that was there before was the reason I kept coming back. New management could use a refresher course on hospitality. They are currently renovating. Im sure all will be well once that is done. Still my hotel of choice.

The location and the older black man at check in!!

The room was dirty and there was a female employee that called me multiple times before I checked in, to ask me for my credit card and tell me I had multiple reservations. Which I did not, she also interrupted me and wouldn’t let me talk. Thankfully once I arrived to check in a older black man was working, we had no issues and he was wonderful. We were exhausted and he made my daughter laugh/smile. The hotel is older, however they are working hard at updating the hotel. The bathtub had dirty foot prints, probably for housekeeping’s shoes as they cleaned. The floors were extremely sticky and felt dirty. I think the hotel staff work hard to do their best. We didn’t smell paint. The fire alarms did randomly go off, and we were told they were working on them, which was odd since it was 7:30/8:00 pm.

It was beautiful when we walked in but that was the only beauty of this property.

It was under construction with strong strong paint smell which caused myself and my husband to get headaches. It looked like a low budget motel.
