There were lots of homeless people roaming around there wasn't enough parking and it could have been a lot cleaner. When I arrived the room that they gave me the door was wide open and kind of freaked me out a little too. I would have thought that the manager would have came up with me to make sure that nobody was in there but he acted like it was no big deal It was kind of disappointing.

First room was dirty, food on rug around refer, chips paint, smelled like covered up smoking. Second room was a little better, but don't look under the bed or behind the dresser -=disgusting.

Staff was nice

They advertised and we booked because of breakfast included. It was not served. There was no continental breakfast. The room wasn't very clean and not comfortable.

Bathroom looked more decent than the room itself. The main office has variety of snacks and drinks. Free wi-fi. Manager was friendly.

The room was not what I expected. It does look like an older hotel, furniture and beds and carpet are very outdated. The door is very stained and dirty on the inside. One of the 2 lamps didn’t work. I had 2 queen beds which only had one pillow each. Their sign clearly said no smoking in or outside near the rooms but the room smelled a lot like cigarette smoke which I disliked because I find any smell associated with cigarettes very unpleasant and unhealthy. Also, there was a personal water bottle left in the room under the table which made me think do they even come in to clean the room?? Their page said free breakfast included but when I checked in I asked and I was told that the kitchen is been closed but they can give me a banana or yogurt if I’d like. It was the lowest rate I found on google but for 115$ a night, someone should be able to rest comfortably. Not trying to bash but I was disappointed.

toilet wasn’t clean, had urine all over the seat and lid. shower was dirty, multiple color hair everywhere. sink and counter not clean, dried toothpaste , hair, water spots on mirror. tile floor wasn’t swept, trash on floor

The hotel was conveniently located, close to retail shopping and food. The room was clean but missing a clock or clock radio. The bed was clean but really hard yet comfortable. The breakfast was yogurt and fruit so ate out after check out ☺️. Not the worst hotel I've been at but a fair amount for what you got. Need to be thinking about the average travelers and what they're looking for in a great place Vs just an average place.

More comfortable bed and a clock radio for telling time and alarm that says it is time to get up. Plus the room temperature was set at 86 degrees when we got in the room.

Sadly really nothing about this hotel was acceptable. It was right next to a place for dinner and drinks which was the only positive. The gentleman that brought us ice and an extra pillow was friendly.

The room was filthy. It was a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes and carpet odor eliminator. The refrigerator and Microwave were unplugged when we got there, and the receptacle to plug them in was hanging loose with no cover. The area overall felt unsafe.

Location good but noisy from trains.

The sink needs repair. Dirty handles. Needs replacement. Could not read controls for very old air conditioner and heater. Extra blanket had cigarette holes in it. Water for bathing could have been adjusted higher for temperature.
