Got a room with a spa tub. Only reason I booked that location went to use it a s it had nasty stuff floating in it. The faucet was loose and it didn't work at all. Told the employee in the morning when we left I was called a liar and that all the tubs worked didn't care that it was dirty in the tub and would do nothing for me

The staff was friendly & held onto our luggage well before we were able to check in.
This place is well overdue for a makeover. Cracks in the ceiling & walls, jacuzzi bath was broken & it smelled musty. Very thin walls & you can hear every door close near by.

OK large room but the interior is a bit worn. Good parking and friendly receptionist. A few miles from the airport, but easy to find. Perhaps not the best neighborhood in LA.
The rooms deserve a renovation. This is not a place you walk to restaurants after dark.

The staff is great, very nice, room was clean, jucuzzi room awesome, close to So fi stadium, 1.5 miles away, I would stay here again. Bed was comfortable, easy check in, out. AC works great, close to freeway access.
