Location was great
There was peeling paint in bath tub looked dirty. The pool and hot tub were filth green and unswimmable, the elevator was violently shakey and felt unsafe.

Absolutely nothing
Everything staff were liars as well as booking.com are scammers sold me a room that wasn't even at the hotel took the payment & when I complained to the mgr general manager and booking.com they all dismissed my complaints & never returned my money. I never use either again y'all beware

The breakfast was nice.
The room was not comfortable. The toilet did not work correctly—no refrigerator in the room. There were no chairs and no room services.

The bed was hard when I sat down. The sofa bed had numerous stains. There was food in the top of the refrigerator that was stuck there. The room right beside mine door was broke in half with yellow caution tape on it. Also the pool was closed for maintenance. We were highly disappointed!!!

The desk person who checked me in was great! She was friendly and answered all my questions.
The fitted sheet on my bed wasn't fully tucked and came off during the night. A bit uncomfortable.

The receptionist upon our arrival was FANTASTIC and made check in a breeze! She was very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾👍🏾🙂
Well, I didn't like the comforter they had on the bed because it was open at the bottom and the thick pad inside came out. The sheets were rather small too and they seem to be more suitable for a QUEEN size bed than a KING.
