Blow dryer did not work in the room, I called the help desk and he said give me a few and I will get you another one and he did brought it to me and apologized. Very friendly.

Location was good.

The non smoking room stunk like cigarettes and the bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was cheap.

Ordered a non smoking room and as soon as you walked in you could smell the smoke. No threshold on the bottom of the door. The shroud on a/c feel off when turned on. The a/c didn't work on auto and had only one temperature of cold. There were roaches. There was cigarette ashes in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper tube so they just shoved it in the alcove. The dresser doors did not stay shut.

The customer service was nice the room was clean the area was safe

I paid for 2 rooms one of which was infested with bedbugs and I took videos to prove it just in case they try and say I'm lying

the tv, wall outlets and several lights didn’t work in the room. it seemed to have a tripped breaker so my son and I had a tv but it wouldn’t turn on. people fighting in the parking lot several times throughout the night. it sounded serious enough that I was about to call the police but two cars sped off and ended the confrontation with one chasing the other. I didn’t feel comfortable there with everything going on.

Convenient for the place I was going.

Hotel staff was pleasant had an issue with the first room and they quickly put us in another.

First room needed some servicing

The size of the bed was great and the size of the room was awesome.

It was so noisy, I got woken up in all hours of the night and morning. The air was not working it was stuffy and hot.

Location great, housekeeping great, don't know how to say it without people thinking I'm racist but I'll try, everyone but the white dude at night were great, need to replace the incompetent bozo. Only complaint

Room was comfy but sticky all over carpet and when I asked housekeeping she said nothing she can do (owner came himself with rug doctor when I said I was not extending) plus side is carpets are being replaced soon in remodel, charged me double deposit because I booked through app when I extended
