The rooms were huge and set up like a suite. Very accommodating with a full kitchen.

The restaurant down stairs was extremely unorganized and understaffed. And they did not have a great sanitation score.

It is a great location. I have stayed here many times and it is always clean, well maintained and everything works as it should.

I don't like to leave.

The staff and clean room

The location was superb and lovely. The suite was spacious and beachy. 😊 It was nice to have a kitchenette. Loved the balcony and the roar of the Atlantic. Loved having a bath and a half. Loved the walkways and butterflies outside. Indoor and outdoor pools. Undercover parking was nice.

It was a little dated and could have been cleaner. Needed lights to be replaced outside. Water tasted amazingly bad. Needs better general maintenance overall. Coffee was horrible.

We loved the location by the beach and the view from our apartment on the seventh floor.

The restaurant and tiki bar hours were limited and no other restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was a little dated, not super clean but not dirty gross either. Room was better than expected but again not super clean. Pullout was full of sand. Little things. Would go back though

The room, view and beach were all excellent! The pool was very clean and well kept.

The floors in our bathroom looked and felt like they had never been mopped. We had not even been to the beach, and yet they felt sandy and dirty. We were given only one bath towel each for a three day stay. No soap for the shower, no tissues. It just seemed very stingy for such a nice resort.

The room didn’t look super clean. The furniture was stained and worn. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room.

The room was nice, with a great view, and nicely furnished.

When we checked in, the floor had sand on it. We're near the beach, so sand getting in the room is expected, but the fact that there was sand in the room when we checked in made us uncertain about the cleanliness of the unit. There are two bathrooms and there was, in each 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. We, of course, could and did order more towels, but the bathrooms should have been stocked better. There were also only two bars of soap in the whole unit, but there should have been at least 3 (each bathroom + shower). And last, it may have been because of Covid, but the facilities restaurant was not open for Dinner during our stay. These were all minor things, and we still had a wonderful time, but they did detract from the overall experience.
