Staff are standoffish. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there is construction debris and dust everywhere. Fire alarm was covered with tape. Room was not cleaned thoroughly.

Clean affordable rooms. Friendly staff.

I wish the shampoo bottles were a bit bigger. As well as a few more towels in the room. And a bigger trash can.

Convenience- close to stores, restaurants and etc.

Limited parking. I was fortunate to have handicap parking pass.

The hotel was clean. The location of the hotel was great.

There was $50 charge if we wanted to check in early. The hotel needed to be renovated. Everything was old, the bathroom door needed to be replaced. The tube had an extra hole in it. The cable guide was not readable. Definitely was not worth the money I paid to stay there. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to stay there.

Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Very close to interstate, stores, and Short Pump town center. This time around, we did not try the breakfast. I like that checkout time was at noon.

We’ve stayed here a few times before. Hotel could use some updating, furniture is dated. The guide on the tv did not work. However I know renovation costs money so I can’t say much.

Junita is always polite. Never have an issue with her. But the young man does not have a very pleasant attitude.

Our room had bed bugs.now I have bites on my arm, back, and leg.when went and told the front desk The young man moved us., did not compensate anything I told the manager while standing there said they would take care of it And then didn't even tell the next shift what happened now I'm worried they have that room out again. Very unprofessional ready to call health department to let them inspect
