I was in town for psycho nitro blast race it’s a good place to rest and take a break or just sleep for the night. no disturbs can hear the traffic from the interstate every now and then but good overall.

didn’t like that I had to park so far away pulling a enclosed trailer

nothing absolutely nothing the worst staff was very unprofessional they do not care for children nor family this is the most selfish owners I have ever known I would t give them a bit of business!!!

I have never been so upset they would not even let me check in cause they considered me a local I live 2 towns over and I have small children and they could care less if they had to sleep in the car I was only staying one night and the front desk lady wouldn’t even let me speak to the owners this was so unprofessional and not fair to my children you can say econolodge does not care for family or children!!!! I will be contacting econolodge and letting them know how these people are letting their name be run in the ground and giving them a bad name!!!

Bed was very comfortable

Fixed shower head, gap in door letting cold air/draft in. Also, charged a deposit for being a tn resident, never before have I had to pay that and I was just in sevierville the prior week

We paid for a non smoking room and smelled strong cigarette smoke all night long.

I liked the fact that the room was in the back but I didn't like the fact that the law came and arrested me just because of my car being sitting there

I didn't like how they act like I was a convict

Been going there since the place was built in the mid seventies. Spent 10 to 20 grand over the years there. Then it changes it's policy.we don't rent to locals. They just pissed of a lot of people. In this small town they should know who butters their toast.

the cockroaches and the fact it took us an hour to check in and that the beds were awful and hard

Parking lot was a mess hardly any room to get around the building ,renters in the upstairs rooms, police were called while we were there, domestic violence horrible beds then mattress metal box springs middle box underneath every time you moved it would pop, yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Trash under neath the beds stuff on the walls.

Price, comfort, location

1st room had no hot water and had to go get a new room card. I think they should have brought us the new key card to the 1st room.
