Housekeeping was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent.
I didn't like it when Barbara gave my room key out without checking with me.. we talked about it, and I thought the policy was the person whom the room is under get a key .

I enjoyed the hot breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. They made sure the trash was empty and we had clean towels and rags.
My nephew was locked in bathroom and staff acted like it was his fault he was locked in bathroom as if his cognitve ability was less then normal. After some other guess assisted us, the staff realize the door was jammed and the guess had to bust down the door to get my nephew out of the bathroom. Staff was not helpful at all. They didn't check on us after the incident to see if everything was OK.

Location, cleanliness, courteous staff…especially house cleaning.
Parking lot on the highway side of Facility should be cleaned daily…a six pak of empty beer bottles in a parking spot for 3 days is not a good look.

Central location, easy access to shopping., restaurants and gas stations as well as to interstate 95. Friendly.and fast check-in.

friendly staff and walking distance to a restaurant. breakfast room felt refurbished and was nice. breakfast was included and actually healthy! our room - repairs not completed in bathroom, strange combination. of multiple refrigerators. looked tired and in need of TLC. but clean. staff was very friendly. good for one night
repairs in bathroom. it completed - it looked old and very worn. ancient small toilet, bathtub has seen better days.

The staff was amazing. The main desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Also the area is close to restaurants and several stores.
You can hear through the walls. And the guest staying above you walking or running.
