The air conditioner in my room did not work. Room 217. I did ask for someone to look at it. The front desk staff came
Up and looked and said there was air coming out and it worked. She told me the maintenance person was not available. I had to go
To Walmart and buy a fan. This place is NOT clean.

Bed was very comfortable, all linens were clean and fresh
Part of the laminated floor was coming up and the electric outlet for the hvac unit was burnt and tripped the gfi outlet twice,I just unplugged it,I'm glad it wasn't very cold or hot weather wise.

BREAKFAST GRAVY WAS NOT GOOD. TASTED LIKE CAT FOOD SMELLS
EGGS/ SAUSAGE WERE NOT KEPT UP/ NO CUPS FOR COFFEE / COFFEE WAS OUT. NOT WELL ATTENDED BREAKFAST. FRONT DOOR NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED/ CLEANED. FIRST IMPRESSION WAS TERRIBLE.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple time. We have always had a good experience.
There was a water bottle left in the room when we got there. The rest of the room was clean though.

Had to switch rooms 3 times .. bed broken, Fridge didn’t work and shower head dirty and almost non functioning

We really loved the location. The staff went above and beyond to serve our every need. They were very friendly and polite and always had a smile for us when we walked in the door. The meals were wonderful and the kitchen staff was friendly and hard at work every minute we were there.
Absolutely nothing, and my 83 year old Mother is hard to please. She had only positive comments regarding the property. We plan to stay with you every time we are in town.(Too bad more discounts weren't offered).

breakfast was good but no bacon or sausage served. I heard the lady say they were out of many things and the boss didnt order this week.
room - no mirror outside the bathroom and the lighting was terrible! also bigger trash cans are needed.

Nice, clean and newly renovated room. The shower could have used some attention as it had low water pressure and was kind of dingy/ dirty looking. The on site staff was great, the phone in reservations staff was not good to deal with.
DO NOT go to the restaurant next door called “Eric’s Too”… it was beyond terrible in both the service and the food. The staff was smoking meth and weed while standing next to a slot machine in the facility.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice in the morning. The pool was nice, warm, and clean.
The first floor smells like mold. The doors were very difficult to get thru with the luggage cart. The front desk didn't offer anything for being a Radisson platinum member, not even a kind word. The hot tub is under repair, and the man at the desk replied, "A long time!" When asked when it would be working again. The sink was clogged. I've stayed at many Radisson locations, and this one is subpar when it comes to hospitality. The breakfast was terrible: the fruit was old, the eggs were fake, the coffee was weak, the milk was warm, and there was only one yogurt at 6:10 am.

One of the employees--Jesse--was excellent. He was friendly, happy to answer our numerous questions, and extremely well informed. He is an excellent representative of the company.

The breakfast wasn't hot at 6am but the food was good. The room had duct tape on the curtain. The pool was freezing.

it was clean and affordable. Also, liked that the room we stayed in had hard surfaced flooring instead of carpet.
