The room was nice but no drawers for clothes, otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

Very noisy late at night...loud people, loud cars, loud music. There were also piles and piles of trash outside.

Breakfast was good but closed to early. I was literally walking there with my grandsons at 9:01 every thing was put away.thet didn't even offer anything . Pre wrapped muffins or cereal.

Booked room... map to hotel was sent to my phone. got lost.. tried calling to cancel all afternoon. Kept getting busy signal. Had to stay at another hotel which was also affiliated with you. Still tried to cancel into the evening, hotel could not help and still could not get through to you. Finally sent an email to which the following was replied: "We've asked Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Bragg/Cross Creek Mall to make an exception for your reservation, and hope to have an answer for you shortly. Haven't heard a thing and I see my credit card was charged for the full amount. Not blaming the hotel but not happy with the services of "Book.com". You could do better...

The breakfast was okay very basic breakfast.

Room was decent. But the cleanliness wasn’t that great, a lot of noise at night and our room was suppose to be a non smoking room but our sheets and the room smelled of cigarette smoke

The pillows were flat. They need new ones.
