The staff was not welcoming. The room they assigned me was already occupied with dirty towels on the floor. The staff was unapologetic and told me I could cancel my reservation

nothing bed full of Punic hair not properly clean all I liked was nice girl in front that was starting out but couldn’t really help. felt bad for her

I don’t know how this property is still up and running extremely dirty musky smelling rooms last room I was changed to looked like a past crime scene that had tried to be cleaned up. guests were rude and doing sketchy things people coming in. through back door exits knocking randomly on doors waiting to see if anyone opened it was so bad and creepy we didn’t stay the night and I ended up calling manager to request refund she promised the refund was started but it’s been 2 weeks and a half and nothing in my account. my family felt so unsafe there please spend your money elsewhere. this property is the worst.

I loved the breakfast, I loved the location, close to everything you can need.

I did not like the front desk staff. It took about an hour just to check in because she was constantly distracted and doing other things such selling drinks and fixing keys for others who came behind me. I was tired after driving 16 hours and the last thing I wanted to do was wait that long for check in.

This hotel was filthy. Stains on the floor carpet curtains. The door to enter wAs dirty. There was a clump of hair in my bed. So dirty. Even the elevator was so gross. We stay at a lot of hotes this was the worst. Filthy. Not friendly. Disgusting
