Location

Room was dirty, dust falling off ceiling, poor beds, shower was gross, breakfast was awful, hot tub was too hot and black ceiling in the pool area, I could go on and on. Not impressed.

Centrally located, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, quiet rooms and hallways

We did not find the beds to be comfortable at all.

The rates are always good for Door County. We appreciate the breakfast staff that worked on Easter morning.

Our sink didn't drain very well, but we left a note for them.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location.

The bathroom in our room was a bit dated and needed some caulk around the bottom of the tub.

Great offerings; food was hot, coffee was hot and tasty. Kitchen and dining areas were clean and comfortable. Employees were fantastic.

The property was well kept and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good at the hotel, they had a lot of hot breakfast options such as Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and more. They had lots of breakfast snacks like fresh fruit (bananas and oranges), donuts, muffins etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful. When I arrived, Dan gave me good suggestions for places to eat and drink in the area and let me know about all hotel. Kayla was friendly and made breakfast every morning. The 24/7 coffee, hot chocolate, and tea was a nice treat was well. The room was fine, the king sized bed was comfortable and the heat and A/C worked. The pool was clean and the whirlpool was relaxing. The sauna was pretty small, I would say one or two people could fit inside comfortably. If you need to do laundry they have a small room by the vending and ice machine on the ground floor. You’ll need about $4 in quarters total for use of everything in the laundry room (washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener). All in all I enjoyed my stay here and I recommend staying here.

The breakfast was not very good. The staff did not keep up with it, so there was hardly any hot food in there at 8:30 A.M.
