Good location, close to the beach, the staff was very nice, they prepared breakfast just for us. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.

We stay here once a year at least for clamming at Sunken Beach. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check out were nice and easy. I enjoyed breakfast every morning at cafeteria and this place is good atmosphere and relaxation for over all.

Entering from road is difficult and night time was too dark so hard to see the entrance.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.

No deal breakers but the room could have used a small rug at the door for when it was raining and our shoes were wet. Also, the mattress covers could be changed for new ones.

Everything about this place was fantastic! It was close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean and even the continental breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean, the requests were taken care of quickly by a friendly owner or staff, the pool was clean and the breakfast was just what we needed.

Convenient location in the middle of the Cape (N/S), spacious room and comfortable beds. Breakfast simple, but enough to fuel your body for the day.

The extractor fan was incredibly noisy and the room had a bit of a moisty smell. We asked for the room cleaning the second day and we came back to a room half done (one bed still undone, trash can in the middle of the room, lights on): the person at the reception was really nice and sent someone to fix it, but these persons behaved like they were annoyed. Not the best impression.

Location, the motel floors were nice, the man at check in was pleasant.

I was told continental breakfast is available at 8 a.m. English muffins, cereal etc.. However, there was no food there @ 0815 a.m. when I arrived to the dining area. The room was okay, there was a very strong musty odor to the room, the shower curtain was ripped, the tub was slippery, as it did not have a mat. The pillow cases had rust colored stains on them. I left our towels and trash on a chair outside the room as I was told to do if we wanted new towels and trash bags, when I got home that evening and the next morning they were still there. I will go to another motel next summer when I visit cape cod. This motel was disappointing.

I strongly don't recommend this hotel. When I checked in the floor and the bathroom were very dirty. I could not take a shower properly because the water in the bathtub did not drain. The water in the pool was not clean and with garbage in the middle.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good place to spend the night. Not a luxury resort with amenities. If your looking to save money and just need a place to sleep,this place is for you.

strong mildew smell in room to the point that we had to wash all are clothes as soon as we got home, pool was a nice shade of green claimed it was the pollen yet other motels nearby had their pools clean and open. No landscaping, flowers.

The price was great, the staff were very helpful and nice, the breakfast was good.

Puke green pool water! Room wasn't cleaned or beds made after 1st night. Didn't expect that nor did I see anything on their website identifying this.

Staff very nice, room very clean and newly painted, bed was comfortable, set back from the road with trees and picnic tables, easy access to bike trail.

Walls are pretty thin (fortunately neighbors were mostly quiet,) water could have been hotter, and the continental breakfast could have used some protein options.

Very basic hotel room, a little tired. Set back from Rt 6 so no traffic noise. Friendly staff, family owned and operated. Has an outdoor pool and lots of room for kids to play.
