My husband and I had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, fruit-infused water was available all day and night, and there were coffee/hot water/hot chocolate carafes available as well. Only fifteen minutes from the Grove City Outlets and an hour from Pittsburgh. I’m a cute college town with lots of restaurant options.
The pool was quite cold so I couldn’t enjoy it and the hot tub was more warm than hot. The plants in the pool area were dying and super dry. I watered them myself during my last night at the hotel because I felt bad for them. Please give them some love!

prior to this experience I have always enjoyed staying at Fairfield Inn properties
the front desk staff was extremely rude and chose to not abide by State and Federal ADA Laws. when I contacted the property after our stay to question additional charges added to my card the front desk clerk verbally attacked me regarding my Service Animal. she was rude and disrespectful stating that “dogs” weren’t allowed and because of the breed it wasn’t a service animal. I asked for the manager to no avail. I have never been treated so rudely before by any hotel. unfortunately because additional charges were placed on my credit card I have no choice but to get my attorney involved along with PHRC.
I tried to give the hotel every opportunity to resolve this but the clerk continued to verbally attack me and my service animal ( we are both protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act)
At no time did ANYONE from the hotel ever ask anything about my service animal. They instead just chose to add a $250 cleaning fee to my bill and then email me the bill after checking out. This is absolutely unconscionable. This property should be ashamed

The room was wrongfully advertised. I thought I was getting a room with a living room and a small kitchenette.

Breakfast was very good, varying somewhat from day to day. The staff at the desk were great, from recommending good restaurants to providing cookies in the evening. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Door lock did not work well. Told staff first night. Second night still did not work well. Should not be pulling pushing door to get it to open. This was the second room. First air did not work.

It was fairly clean. it has a nice patio. The staff was nice for the most part & the pool area was very nice (if the heaters worked for the hot tub & pool.
our suite was literally the same as a normal king room. nothing at all made it a “suite”. My husband was very upset and to be fair I was very disappointed! we have had double rooms with more space than this suite had. Our two children had to sit together and eat their dinner at the small desk & I ate mine at one end table next to our bed and my husband ate his at the other end table. our son travels for baseball so we purposely chose this out of our way location by like 20 mins because the pool area had a hot tub. well that was also a mess. the hot tub jets were blowing out cold water so it was barely warm and the pool was FREEZING! apparently their was an issue which were not told about until another family did.
i was not able to get additional pillows for the pull out sofa, we were told “well then were out” after being told that everything for the pull out sofa was in a bag in closet. which it was not. & the shower made a AWFUL screeching noise.

Beds were comfortable. Jared at front desk was great. Luckily pool opened the day we arrived because that was reason I booked that hotel. It did not give a notice on website of pool closure when booked.
Location was weird and cost was expensive for the establishment but also a holiday weekend. Breakfast hours are early and short and not much to choose from.

The staff was terrific, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than expected.
