a very small and clinical room: yes it had all the amenities but nothing to liven it up. the shower looked very unclean.

There was no breakfast. Except at nearby denny's

I did not appreciate being bite all night by what i thought were fleas ,but now realize they were bedbugs... now i have to assume that i have brought them home with me.

The location felt very unsafe. We were afraid to walk to our car. A number of homeless individuals drinking and using drugs directly outside our room. Yelling and arguing with each other.

How unsafe it felt.

Comfortable beds, clean room. Felt safe. And eas pet friendly which was a must. They helped with everything that we needed.

Parking .

They kept my deposit and the room was almost perfect except for the little trash from dinner. They had no reason to keep my deposit in fact a girl even said that I was getting it back. Then they kept kt5.

Giving me my deposit since there was nothing wrong with the room.

Staff was super accommodating and polite when we needed to change rooms, and the rooms are efficient and clean.

There was a problem with the ice machine (not their fault) & was fixed promptly.

Room definitely not fully clean. How some of it was missed is beyond me because it is basic cleaning skills.

The room was small but clean except for the stained blanket (video below). I could not open the bathroom basin faucet and there wasn’t a closet, the only rod had the a shower curtain. Contacted front desk and waited 20 minutes then walked to front desk. Now about 10pm. Person in charged confirm no closet and had problems with faucet but by using strength pull up a certain way. I asked for another room, she said no that this room would have to work for Friday/Saturday check out Sunday. She & I were calm and polite I said no, not acceptable , and she asked me to accompany her to front office to see if she could transfer me. She said her system would not allow it because I had requested a change from upstairs room because of the steep stairs and I had a medical knee condition that would get inflamed. Would not transfer me to a room with a closet. I said no that’s fraudulent and just plain wrong. Again both of us were calm, their videos would confirmed this. I stated I would call the police to see if they could help me. She replied “okay”. When I went to call police she canceled my reservation without discussing it, the second shift person said because I called the police and felt I would not cooperate with what they offered. No apologizes just through me, a 73 year old woman out in the 50 degree weather at 11 ish at night on Veterans’ 3 day weekend. Now I did raise my voice to the young woman who seemed to find pleasure in the incident. I asked her to sign the cancellation notice because I would not accept a closet less room. She refused. I wanted to know when I would received my money to my account. She refused to talk to me and left to an other room. When a room does not have a closet usually it is rented out by prostitutes that do not require a closet but a bed and a bathroom. I supposed that’s why they did not want the police involved.

The room smelled like smoke, the bathroom needs an update. There was lots of people talking at all hours of the night. In the early morning, around 430am, people talking so loud, making banging noises, and trash everywhere.
