Quiet and very comfortable 💯

Breakfast was actually really good. The place it's self was super clean the staff was wonderful and the rooms had so much extra stuff inside, for example, mini shampoo and conditioner, shower caps, soap, towels , pillows. Best hotel that I have ever stayed in.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I burned my finger when I went to open the breakfast tray, and the stem was really hot. I had to let go of the handle really quickly. But other than that, I give it a 10/10.

easy access to other businesses

rude staff room didn’t get clean for 3 days even with tag on door asking for a clean up!! over charged both my cards. manager was rude and disrespectful to me and a family member!!

location and hospitality

I know I had the note on door for no service. My Fiancé’ also, went back to check. We went out to eat and when we returned we realized our room had been set up bed made and towels. the lock didn’t work and it was just the unsafe feeling that was unnecessary. We frequent this place and never had this issue. We booked thru Booking.com so if we wanted to leave they would of charge us for the night but we would have to contact Booking. com for reimbursement.

Very clean. a lit if remodeling but it was very pleasant even the workers were courteous and pleasant. staff went above and beyond. very attentive

under construction….all floors. had been up since 2:30 am traveling and couldn’t even nap. also, there for three nights and room was never cleaned. trash wasn’t emptied. had to get my own towels EVERY day at the front desk.

Under construction. Breakfast, office all in one little room. Only one entrance. Room was very far to get to. Curtains did not match room. Guest next door noisy .

the blankets and sheets had huge stains on them. The front desk lady was very very unprofessional and rude. She disappeared for hours when we were just trying to get spoons simply, so my sister proceeded to grabs spoons herself cause they were right next to the front desk door to where then front desk lady accused her of stealing her phone because she left it where ever she had disappeared to and was no where to be found for hours.
