Quite nighttime

Daily housekeeping is on of our main expectation when selecting a place to stay. At you website it is stated, that daily housekeeping is in the property we selected is provided. At our arrival the clerk informed us, no housekeeping is provided, it is the policy. The next day we talked with a staff member and were informed, that housekeeping is provided maximum every 3rd day upon request. Generally for some people that’s not a problem, for us however it is. Please have the information on the website updated.

I liked the cleanliness of the property.

Everything was great. I liked everything.

This hotel exceeded both my own expectations but also all of the adults and kids we were traveling with. First, the staff was friendly and definitely took pride in keeping this beautiful hotel running smoothly. Secondly, the breakfast was over the top awesome. We were all happy with the amazing selection they had and the ladies that care for the area were excellent. The options and service were better than place I have paid more than double for. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely cared for. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

There wasn't much of anything to improve on. The hot tub could have been a little warmer. My kids are older, so the pool was a little small, but it was clean, a good temperature, and had plenty of towels. Neither of these things would keep us from pick this hotel again.

The amazing staff as well as how well the rooms we clean and how the rooms were set up as well as the breakfast and just everything about the property was amazing! definitely will be staying here again!

Little bigger fridge would be nice. You can barely fit anything in there.

The location and there was restaurants right in the parking lot and bars

The bed was not very comfortable in the hot tub chlorine was so strong and burned your eyes just trying to sit in it

The breakfast was great. L9ved the fresh baked cookies and the lemon water.

There were kids there Sunday morning running around with no parent insight. They were standing on the couches and were also alone for breakfast

Excellent service and needed a space for girl crafts and they accommodated us at no charge. The breakfast was very well prepared for a great variety. we will be booking here again.

The breakfast was minimal and looked like it had been out for a while at 9 AM.
