The price was fair the room was nice needed a little more cleaning kids toys left behind bed hair on the wall in the bathroom shower. Refrigerator didn't work.

EGGS WERE NOT GOOD AND THE FOOD WAS THE SAME EVERDAY.
ROOM NOT CLEAN AND COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING.

The location was okay and the staff were nice.
My room was not clean, the towels weren’t clean. There was make up on one towel and I don’t know what else on the other ones. The bathroom floor definitely had pee on the it so that was gross. The desk wasn’t wiped down, there was something sticky on there, it just wasn’t clean. I was disappointed especially considering the price. I try not to complain cause I don’t want to be that person, but honestly I wouldn’t stay there again nor would I recommend it. I paid way more than I would’ve liked to for the quality of cleanliness I got. The staff was very nice at check in, breakfast, and check out. But I guess my only advice would be to clean the rooms better.

I loved the location and that it included breakfast.
I did NOT like that the bathroom was way too small, every time we closed the door it hit the toilet and there was literally a dent in the door from where it hit all the time. I found some previous guests' shoes in the dresser which tells me that the cleanliness wasn't so thorough.

Everything except the female on 2nd shift
The 2nd shift lady made me tell my medical diagnosis in front of the whole lobby and that is a violation of my hippa

Close to our friends house in Friendswood.
The door to our room was hard to open with the door key and the outside door was hard to open with the door key.

the ice machine did not work on both floors and the staff didn't know why.

The location was perfect. Not far from Downtown Houston or Galveston. Plus food and stores are close by as well.
You can hear literally everything outside your room. Doors shutting or people talking, etc. But it doesn't last long, mainly when people are leaving in the morning and coming in at night.

no working ice makers on property. ATM was not working.
Bedroom had non working lamps, lampshades were broken. bed pillows were small and uncomfortable.

They had no extra towels, the ice machine was broken both of them, the vending machine was broken, the waffle machine was broken.

locks were ify- sometimes keys work sometimes not - moved to diff room with same problem but not as bad

Breakfast was excellent, clean and well presented
There was no security on the window. In fact I returned to my room on one occasion to find the window fully open. Once I closed the window chronic condensation formed on the inside. There were no USB outlets in the room

Sheets still stained. Had to be changed. AC vent dirty. Romm was dusty.

the staff at the reception, they were very friendly.
pretty much everything. This was my worst experience in hotel. the room stinks, very dirt, bed clothing wasn’t washed and ironed. I will definitely never stay in this hotel again. very bad

Breakfast was delicious, the receptionist who I may assume is the owner was beyond nice and welcoming. 10/10.
