The front desk yelled at me with causing words when I was trying to check in, and the environment was terrible, left in 5 mins.

Dirty, cold room. Night Clerk was no help & told me I could talk to the manager in the morning. I have pictures the manager wasn't interested in viewing. The manager made excuses and did not make any attempt to fix the situation. We checked out after 1 night of our 3 night reservation.

I loved that it was so close to where I needed to go while there

The hotel room itself was decent, however the room had an overwhelming smell of cat urine the entire weekend. We had to go out and purchase air fresheners to mask the smell. Also, there were stains on our comforter, and urine stains on the toilet even though it had allegedly just been cleaned. The entire parking lot was a sheet of ice, which I understand it snows in NH but it would’ve taken 20 minutes to grab some rock salt and put it down so the customers were safe. And the worst part of all- multiple times throughout our stay (at least 4) our key card would not unlock our room door! When we inquired what was going on, the staff (again very helpful, it’s not their fault) told us that it was because the locks freeze! They literally had to get a bag of hot water and hold it on the lock until the keycard worked…leaving us standing in the freezing cold (it was 14 degrees) until the keypad thawed out! When I asked what would happen if that bag of hot water trick didn’t work, she said they would have to go in through the air conditioner! It blows my mind that this is the mechanism even though they are located in NH which is always cold! Overall, I was extremely underwhelmed with my stay and plan on writing to corporate. I understand this is a lower end scale motel, however I don’t expect to have to stand outside my motel room in the freezing cold rigging my keycard to work, or to have dirty sheets/blankets in my room!

Staff helpful . Room had good heat. Great location and great for dogs.

Non smoking room but still smelled gross of smoke. Our first room the lock was broken. Staff gave a new room but stunk awful of smoke and urine. 3rd room, smelled ok upon entry. Noticed the little car deodorizer trees when we returned from dinner. When I got home I noticed my pajamas, luggage and blanket stank of cigarettes. Everything else great and staff was accommodating but smoking is a big issue. My sister is a younger double lung transplant and has to be very careful with toxic odors. Smoking rooms should be on top floor or other side of building.

had trouble opening and shutting the door to get in and out of our room, room looked like it was painted half fast. the hot water and coffee was Luke warm

The floor in the room is not clean, the bathroom has a stinky smell, it comes from under the floor in the restroom under the bed that looks like it was never cleaned, I found there one stinky socks and an empty plastic bottle... One chair handle was broken...

Bedspread, and blanket on bed, and shower curtain we’re disgusting! Burned cigarette holes, and smelled bad. Please invest in new!! Flooring was also nasty.
