It dusty, the cleaning need to be improved. Dead remote barely watch TV.

I purchase this location as it included a breakfast however there was none. When I arrived to check in at 4:30 I was told to go run some errands as there was no one to work the front desk to check me in. The manager was yelling at me through a speaker. Someone showed up to check me in and was as nice as she could be. While checking me in the manager called and I could not understand what she was saying however I could hear her yelling something. The room was in very bad shape. Tiles falling off the wall in the bath, drawer fronts missing from the dresser and tossed in the closet, bedspread filled with holes, black soap scum on shower soap dish, brown smuge marks on the wall. Not sure what that was but you can guess.

The bed was comfortable.

The door would not lock and was hard to open. The room was dirty. Mold in the bathtub.

The hotel operator was extremely rude. There was no top sheet on the bed. There was toiletries trash from a previous guest left in the room. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. What a disappointment, especially since it is owned by Wyndam!

Very dirty—the floor in the room was laminate and was filthy. the hotel lobby was was under re-model so no breakfast was offered, no pool or exercise area

This is what I liked... convenient location. What I DIDNT like is:This is not what I remember a Days Inn looking like! Stayed July1-2, thankfully no longer! Upon arriving we were told there was no breakfast and were told a discount was taken off our bill, it wasn't. We entered the room to an awful smell and the most disgusting room I had ever seen. If it wasn't so late we would have looked elsewhere. Thankfully I had brought a large can of disinfectant and covered every surface! We only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. It's sad that the owners think this is okay. I would give a "0" rating if possible!

Manager was very rude. When I arrived my room was not ready!! I had to wait 2 hours!! The housekeepers would not clean my room as the manager told them. They kept cleaning in their normal order. Even though I booked online in advance and had already paid. VERY POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT!!

TV didn't work. Room wasn't cleaned like it should be. Had to keep asking for more wash cloths and towels. Wasn't enough for three people,

staff. room refrigerator had precious tenants trash left in it. fiancé killed two bugs in shower. noisy at night. light cover in bathroom fell out while sleeping. wifi wasn’t good at all even with strongest frequency

Beds were comfy. Great location to interstate and food.

We were next to some very noisy people all night it seemed. Not the hotels fault but kept waking us up.

The room was very updated

U and Days in lied...canceled 1 of the days because of plan changes..submitted the 48hrs ahead of time and both u said never received. Only could stay 1 night but charged me for 2. I will tell everyone I know not to use either of u business again.

Lobby closed. No breakfast and no compensation offered for lack of advertised service.

Location.

Filthy floor lamp, air conditioning leaking bucket in room to catch leak. Filthy behind the TV cabinet. No directions info on TV or remote. Had to ask for extra towels and was questioned why I needed two more towels. I'm a girl.

Fire dector laying on the table , roaches in the room , no hair dryer , sign said breakfast and wasn't no breakfast , I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
