There was no breakfast. There was not any coffee in lobby. The coffee containers were there with cream and sugar and cups but no coffee. I went to a local coffee shop.
The 1st night our room had a tv but it didn't work. We switched rooms in the AM..the hard wood floor was sticky. The mat by the door had pet hair on it..we didn't have a pet in there. Just not at all the way I expected it to be for the price I paid for it! Had to wear shoes in the room. The kids were barefoot and their feet were black from the floor. I have worked in house keeping and those rooms are not being cleaned properly. I wish I would have taken pictures but I did not. All the trash bins all around the building were way over flowing. If there are facility cameras you can see how bad they were. I have stayed at this motel 6 in Prescott before many times and this is the worst I have ever seen it. I will more than likely not stay there again.

I am having trouble with this alot!! See below I am finding one of the staff was very pleasant. I was told that it was being taken over and renovated. The location was great. The third room was okay. Clean no bugs. But from Bookings pictures I would like to be compensated for misrepresentation. No pool rest of property at least the gardener knows whats up. Which I asked the Motel 6 and told no. They are working on it but still renting out rooms. II have stayed in alot of Motel 6 but never this bad.
I am disabled. No pool ! It had been drained. Had to be moved 3 times Rm 127 walked in smelled like a whore house, blood on the curtains, Fitly !!! No habitable by a homeless person or animal, no bathtub. called Jennifer moved me to rm106 much better & didn't smell seemed clean had to be moved the next nite bedbugs and lice. Discovered upon taking a shower bed bugs and lice all over the tub and room. Called and moved to rm 129 . Clean sheets and room for handicapped. Complained the next day and told we don't have bugs! It was written down by the handyperson? Asked about compensation for my having to move 3 times and bugs she was training a new girl. I was told no and I had only 1 nite left. This motel is a health hazard and needs complete do over when this is done let me know. But the whole place is falling apart and who ever is the new owner needs a complete help from the corporation Motel 6 this is travesty.

Staff and location. Close to my work. The staff very accommodating.
Rooms need updating and more standards in cleanliness. Also think there needs to be security on property. Too many wanderers wondering around outside!

No locks on bathroom doors. Also the fire alarm was not fully intact.

Room needs a thorough cleaning. Not dirty, just not super clean.

it was convenient to Highway, clean, and met our needs.
No shampoo. I didn’t bring any either. Also, only one pillow per person. Other places we’ve stayed have at least two per person on bed.

the building is really run down. The sheets had holes. the safety lock was missing from the door. The first room they gave me had the door wide open and the room was a complete disaster. the second room was at least made up.

Some clients seemed somewhat on "shady" side if life , lots of late nights and putside noise & cigarette smoke

the keys worked once and I had to get it reset every time I used it. the floor in my room was dirty. it look like someone swept but didn’t pick it up.

Key card kept denying entry to room. Had to get it fixed at office. Shower was very small

The location was good for what we were there to do. Close to lots of stores, shops, and eateries.
Not super clean. Tiny shower. Had a glitch with the check in process and a reminder call for check check out was not needed.

That the location was next to the college.
room 220 had bed bugs, room 219 smelled like smoke (non smoking room) and the door was hard to open and there were spider webs on the ceiling. room 216 was fine. all bookings were not what we booked but were charged the $160 something per room for poor quality.

The place is a shocker. The only thing too like is checking out.
Service levels, front desk staff just lie. Motel 6 are not interested in clients complaining. Was given a smoking room when I booked non smoking as they had no other rooms available. Tried to get a refund. Eventually was given another room the next day. No fridge in the room, half painted walls. Bed lumpy with cigarette burns on the quilt.

Carol the night girl on the front desk. She was the only person there who treated us with any kind of respect or appreciation.
Manager was very rude and disrespectful. We stayed 5 days, spent a lot of money and was treated like 2nd class citizens.
