It was ok

There was no breakfast. There was not any coffee in lobby. The coffee containers were there with cream and sugar and cups but no coffee. I went to a local coffee shop.

The 1st night our room had a tv but it didn't work. We switched rooms in the AM..the hard wood floor was sticky. The mat by the door had pet hair on it..we didn't have a pet in there. Just not at all the way I expected it to be for the price I paid for it! Had to wear shoes in the room. The kids were barefoot and their feet were black from the floor. I have worked in house keeping and those rooms are not being cleaned properly. I wish I would have taken pictures but I did not. All the trash bins all around the building were way over flowing. If there are facility cameras you can see how bad they were. I have stayed at this motel 6 in Prescott before many times and this is the worst I have ever seen it. I will more than likely not stay there again.

Staff and location. Close to my work. The staff very accommodating.

Rooms need updating and more standards in cleanliness. Also think there needs to be security on property. Too many wanderers wondering around outside!

I am having trouble with this alot!! See below I am finding one of the staff was very pleasant. I was told that it was being taken over and renovated. The location was great. The third room was okay. Clean no bugs. But from Bookings pictures I would like to be compensated for misrepresentation. No pool rest of property at least the gardener knows whats up. Which I asked the Motel 6 and told no. They are working on it but still renting out rooms. II have stayed in alot of Motel 6 but never this bad.

I am disabled. No pool ! It had been drained. Had to be moved 3 times Rm 127 walked in smelled like a whore house, blood on the curtains, Fitly !!! No habitable by a homeless person or animal, no bathtub. called Jennifer moved me to rm106 much better & didn't smell seemed clean had to be moved the next nite bedbugs and lice. Discovered upon taking a shower bed bugs and lice all over the tub and room. Called and moved to rm 129 . Clean sheets and room for handicapped. Complained the next day and told we don't have bugs! It was written down by the handyperson? Asked about compensation for my having to move 3 times and bugs she was training a new girl. I was told no and I had only 1 nite left. This motel is a health hazard and needs complete do over when this is done let me know. But the whole place is falling apart and who ever is the new owner needs a complete help from the corporation Motel 6 this is travesty.

Price

No locks on bathroom doors. Also the fire alarm was not fully intact.
