The pillows, and breakfast On the day we checked out early in the morning, a young woman, dressed like a prostitute come looking for her client, not a nice feeling!!!

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying.

They had a very good breakfast they Employee's went out of there way to help me. Jen G at the front desk really helped me out with a problem there was with a other Hotel Guest. And the lady who took care of the breakfast Room she was also wonderful.

The halls had an extremely strong smell of Marijuana so much I stayed in my room at night with the door closed, I did tell the staff but I don't know how they didn't smell it or they chose to ignore it bc the door to the stairs was open the entire time and they were literally at the bottom of the stairs

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Coffee and water available in lobby all hours. I felt safe and it was in a convinient location.

Not well maintained. Pillows were lumpy, bathroom layout made it difficult to close the door, glowing light switches made it hard to sleep. As we passed the room next us to get to ours it reeked of weed.

One of the staff members couldn't confirm saying that we have to come back later, even though I booked a room for the night. She was very rude to me and my fiance and kicked us out. Did even get to enjoy my stay 👎

My room was a bit hard to stay in due to the smell and lack of thorough cleanliness. Saturday night was a little rough as there was a lot of noise and felt uneasy with the traffic in the hallways. In my room you can literally hear everything. The noise levels stayed pretty loud well into the early morning hours. Sunday night it was much better and calmer. I also advise that you check t of towels before use. The first night my towels were fine, but halfway through my towel supply I noticed pubic hairs in some of the other towels.

Very welcoming. Everyone was super friendly. Everything was clean and organized and the value was nice.

The breakfast room was a bit warm but I think it was a temporary maintenance issue.

The staff at the desk were all very friendly. I want to thank the lady that was working night shift our second night. She kept an eye on the parking lot while on duty as well and prevented someone from stealing the bikes off the back of our car. She notified us to come down and check things out and sure enough the bikes were almost undone from the rack. She had us park under the awning at the front door till morning for better security. She was on top of it and should be recognized for going above and beyond. I can't remember her name but we really were thankful.

Everything was amazing. Room and bed was very clean and comfortable to sleep in.

My original room was still dirty when I walked in there. The new room Tv didn't work and the water from the bathtub came out orange whenever it was first turned on.
