The location and view of the water

Needs a ton of updates. Bedding needs to be redone. Need paint and cracks fixed. You can’t turn the are up soo you either freeze or turn it off.

Needs a update bad. The facility would be A1 if they would do repairs properly.

I love the location of the place. I love how the staff had great room service. I like how they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

I dislike the room smelled of mold. I dislike the front door had a problem opening

Staff was great but a lot of the things that were broke shouldn’t have allowed people in those rooms unless it’s a $29/$39 price and bed bugs are free…Sad standards

sheets were dirty and the bathroom faucets were broken with tape over them…this isn’t the 1980’s if your making money fix the stuff

Good location close to stores if u didn’t drive

It wasn’t the best the side doors were broken so no security the windows had no lock overall just not clean

I wouldn't know I never got checked in

I didn't like how rude the staff is I had to work all day so I set up the reservation for my boyfriend to check in and upon his arrival to check in they told him he could not he was not on the reservation and he sat in the vehicle waiting for me to get off of work for 5 hours with two large dogs when I got off work I called booking.com whom was very helpful and found that the reservation didn't even have my name on it at all they should have let him check in they should only would have had to do was take an extra moment if that to see that the reservation was in his name and that they should have checked him in but instead they wouldn't check him in and wanted another $100 cash deposit for quote unquote incidental which it didn't say anything about that even in the fine print. Very rude staff and management no customer service
