The Location was fantastic. Flamingos restaurant on the premises was terrific!
Pool was on the small side.

Seemed nice before the jackhammers started. Then my vacation became a nightmare.
There was no mention at any time of the concrete work being needed until it started. For some reason, hotel thought the solution was to give 2 free drinks. On the bright side, the breakfast was not good and wow did we wait a long time for service.

The location and proximity to all the local attractions.
The beach was almost inaccessible. It was advertised as a private beach but it was so small that we couldn’t enjoy it or most days even get to it.

Very Friendly staff and excellent food. Location is what you're charging high dollar for not the rooms and location is excellent, beautiful.
We had ants on bathroom counter, staff tried to retify.

In the heart of it all. Walking distance to it all. Bike rental convenient.
Ants!!! They were everywhere. In and around the coffee pot and got into all of our belongings. Room was a little dirty—trash on the balcony.

The breakfast was phenomenal and the wait staff very friendly and attentive
More seafood choices would be nice

The floors in the room were dirty. My feet were black from walking on them. Also, the flooring inside and out was very slippery. I fell once and also witnessed another woman falling in the bricks outside. Also, the cleaning staff left our room door open when they left. We discovered it when we returned to our room. This happened to one of our travel companions also

Unclean room doors broken holes under air con, did not fully clean room dirty glasses etc, generally a tired hotel I feel for the staff.

Lisa from the bar near the pool was awesome. Nice, accommodating, excellent service.

Loved the spacious room and the balcony view of the beach. The bathroom was also large and well ventilated. The property is well located and has a hot tub, pool, sandy beach, and deck seating available.
The pool area was small and the pool was shallow. The pool area was very limited with seating which was noticeably so when every single lounge chair had been claimed. People evidently claim their lounge chairs and then leave the area to return at their whim, while others wait for a vacancy.

The price and extra charges, as with all other hotels. Rooms are limited and very over priced.

The view from our room was amazing. We got breakfast included and it was the perfect start to our days. Everything is within walking distance. Perfect vacation! We will definitely be staying there on our next visit.

Very expensive for an old dated hotel which is in need of new room furnishings and paint out.
