Room size, especially the bathroom

Beds we’re so comfortable

The air vents were filthy- mold and dust! By the second day I was so congested! The towels at the pool are so tiny and we had kids with us! The toilet clogged first flush!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They made my son feel like family.

Making a left turn onto the main street is almost impossible at certain times of day.

The cleanliness of the room . Love the big pool and massive hot tub . By far the largest hot tub I've ever seen in a hotel ... The beds were fenominal ...

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the property ..

stunk like weed and the pool closed at 9pm but it was clean and easy to get to off the exit and close to attractions for the most part.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites was amazing. We had a late check in and we were greeted with friendly smiles at 1 in the morning. Amazing experience all around.

Very noisy. Reservations told me pool and jazzed we're open till 10 pm but closed at 9 pm. Could not use facilities due excess of children in both areas.

Room was nice and the staff was friendly.

I checked in and went to our room. When we got to the room we could not get in but could hear someone inside.. We thought maybe someone was cleaning the room. When I went back to the lobby I asked when we could get in. I was then told someone was already staying in the room. We were promptly given a room but this was very embarrassing. The lady at the front desk said she didn't know someone was already in the room when we checked in. How could that happen?

The place reeked of weed and the staff closed the pool early for no reason

The facilities and room were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the indoor pool. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch as well. Everyone on staff was courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was on the corner right over the fire pit and across from the ice machine. There were people below us enjoying cocktails and talking. People were getting ice until the wee hours. That wasn't nearly as bad as the drag racing that was taking place on the main drag from about 10:00 pm until about 1:00 am. We called the front desk and asked them to notify the police. A short while later we heard police sirens for a moment but the drag racing continued for another hour so it didn't seem anyone cared. I got no sleep staying here.
