The room was clean. Breakfast is good

Too noisy. Air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy. We turned it off, but then it is too hot inside. We tried to open the window, but hotel left sprinklers on overnight and they were noisy as well. So ended up sleeping in a hot room without fresh air. Door to bathroom wasn’t closing at all.

Like the location,very close to west entrance and everything in town. Like the breakfast small but it was things to choose from ,not oily, greasy,nice girls worked at the breakfast area. Room with 2 queen beds was spacious, nice pictures on the walls. At first,looks like not bad room. Had AC. Room was Located in a small backyard building ,closed territory. Had somewhat type of street gym ,cute )) Nice lobby,yard ,building decorations. Have parking Was nice receptionist suggested good restaurant in town in late evening ,thank you sir ) Have wifi

Rooms didn't seems very clean,oldy ,lots of dust and some small trash from previous guests in bathroom and between the night tables. Bed sheets,towels ,blanket didn't seem very clean ,didn't wanna touch them much. Slept on our own pillows and under our own blankets . Bathroom very small ,where in bath had some stickers and yellow water at the first run. The housekeeper went in the room to clean ,while we went to the breakfast and we didn't check out yet. Poor stuff organization i guess. The price of course for any other location, would be very overpriced,but since it's yellowstone city and very close to the west entrance, it's understandable concept. (Stayed the night before in 2 star hotel in the same area and it was extra clean and much more newer everything, have things to compare with ,for the same price.) It's seems lots of budget went into decorations,but it would be nice to work on the stuff managment & to have clean rooms and bed sheets and renew the rooms paint , bathrooms etc

The breakfast was good.The booking comes with 2 free breakfasts per room. The location was excellent- super close to the west entrance and close to restaurants and stores.

The room could have had a microwave and a mini fridge probably. Not something i didn't like but would have been very helpful.

The breakfast buffet, and the staff at the buffet were extremely good! The location was perfect too.

Great

Breakfast was good and there was a variety of it. Utilized guest laundry, which was much appreciated after a week of camping. Plenty of overhead lighting instead of just lamps.

No list of Tv channels. Soap machine in laundry room at my dollar and front desk clerk was no help. Our door rattled every time someone used the exterior door at the end of the hall. Thunder strike caused fire alarm to go off and front desk clerk didn't know what to do, ended up staying in room.

The location is close to the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The hot breakfast is nice with a variety of options.

The cost seems high for the condition of the facility.
