Service is great. Staff is friendly.

I use your hotel because you have a security guard. But lately I see him in the lobby instead of patrolling the parking lot. We had a trick broken into.

Location. Rooms. Staff. All was great!

I asked the cleaning ladies to clean room but when I came back no one did the room. Had no clean towels or anything.

I liked that they had Security watching the parking lot for any burglars.

There was some guy he was an older man he might have been security but he sure did not make anyone secure. He made me nervous and as my husband and would be walking from our car to the hotel he would be peering in peoples car windows with his flashlight. Very unprofessional if was a security guard. Total invasion of peoples property and privacy. I grew up traveling to Florida every summer because my mom is from there. I have stayed at over 1000 hotels and never saw a security guard do like that.
