The room was nice. The gentleman with long hair at the movie theater was friendly and welcoming as was the young pretty girl cleaning inside the theater.

The middle aged lady with the mostly shaved head at the gift shop was NOT friendly and wouldn’t even exchange pleasantries with myself or my son. We felt as though we were invading her privacy by being in the shop, it was very uncomfortable.

We had a non-smoking room but it still smelled terrible. We turned the air on and it would pull air from the casino.

Room A/C didn’t work. It felt like we were sleeping on a hard box spring mattress. Escalators haven’t been working in a long time.

1. Bed bugs 2. Towels were dirty 3. Fitted sheet had blood stains 4. Food was unacceptable walked next door to sleep 5. I booked two rooms they only had one room available We had to wait 5 1/2 hours for the other room.

It was close to the river were you could do more things than just be in the hotel.

That I was more fun for my kids like the arcade, bowling, swiping pool, etc….

Hotel was nice. Casino had everything. Plenty of places to eat. I liked that there was a smoking and non smoking area of casino and hotel.The rooms were decent. Very maintained and cleanly. Staff was quick and friendly when requesting an extra blanket, as well as giving information on where places were located.

Surprised, there was no map provided to hotel guests staying with family, to find what we were looking for had to explore the whole casino together but that may be the point..not for first timers, Some of the signs were confusing. Even though there was a non smoking side, My family had to walk across the whole smoking side of the casino if we wanted to do any of the family activities provided(..i.e family pool, arcade, movies, bowling). Reserved a room for (4) 1 adult and 3 children and was put on the 22nd floor and only left 2 shower towels. Bed frame might have been broken. When laying down felt like the blood was flowing to my brain at an angle or incline . Had to lay with my feet to the headboard.

Rooms were nice and staff was helpful and quick to respond for anything.

Bed cover torn & shredding. Sink did not drain properly and black dirt or slug coming up in sink.

Easy to find pretty much everything except for arcade, from south tower you need more signage.

It got very packed Friday night. The elevator lines were kinda long.
