Uncomfortable beds, dirty bathroom

It was so run down and smelled of pot. You could hear everything going on in the hall. You could see through the "curtains" into the parking lot . The cops were there when we arrived. If we could have gotten a refund we would not have stayed.

Loudness, smell, see through curtains, it was like daylight all night long because of the lights in the parking lot outside our window.

I am writing this in response to the treatment we received at your hotel on Saturday, October 29, 2022. I have reached out by phone daily since then, left messages and I have yet to receive a response from anyone at the hotel. It is currently 8pm on 11/2/22 and I have yet to receive any follow up.. On Saturday, October 29,202,: At check in, I did question the clerk as she made photocopies of my license and credit card. We have stayed in many hotels and I have never had them make a hard copy of my personal information. She explained that this is hotel policy “in case people fight paying their bill.” This definitely made me feel uneasy, but I allowed it, signed my forms and received a key and e both went to our room. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of pot smoke and although our room was designated non smoking, both the smell and the smoke permeated the door of our room and was very evident as we entered. The room did not appear to have been cleaned. The bed was incompletely made and did not even have a bedspread. The bathroom only had 1 set of towels, although the reservation was for 2 people. I asked for more towels and was tole "there aren’t any but I’ll find one somewhere. I’m not housekeeping you know.” We asked for a refund and wanted to leave ASAP. We were told "we don't give refunds." and to follow up with management. I have attempted to reach them for the past 4 days - NO RESPONSE

The headboard was broken off of the wall There was no fridge or microwave available, no coffe, I left my orthopedic pillow on accident and when I called to see if it could be mailed yto me, I didn't really get any kind of an answer. The girl said she would leave a note and someone would call me- No call as of yet.

Broken down room

I was charged almost $500 for two nights for a room that litterly won't stay in even if you pay money. Filthy, major highness issues. Staff were ok but the building has never been maintained. I would expect a full refund! This hotel should be shut down until major makeover is done!!! Very disappointing!

Disgusting! Dirty, dirty dirty. Carpet dirty, ceiling falling in places, chair and curtain were ripped. Our room was right by the lobby so we heard everyone coming at all hours of the night, including a huge dog barking.

Very dirty and bathroom was the worst filthy and old. Room smelled as if a cat had been living in there. Parking lot was full of tweakers and dealers I assume.

The location is really good. The free parking also.

Where to start… rooms were dirty. Toilet flush was broken. Free Wi-Fi just in the front desk. Breakfast included as advertised suspended due to COVID (apparently the only measure due to that since nos masks no alcohol etc… much convenient, isn’t?) For all questions a cynical answer: breakfast: there’s a coffe bottle there…Wi-Fi, it is here in the frontdesk not necessary in your room… I knew it was a low rated place, but I felt disrespected by not providing what they should and by the answers.
