The night front desk person was not available to let us enter and exit during the night, doors were locked.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of food for everyone. Many varieties to pick from. The rooms looked clean, but we had killed two roaches while staying in the room for two hours. We did get a room change from the front desk he was very nice and helpful. At first we didn’t feel comfortable, but it was. A suite he moved us to and it was far from the previous room we had. But do BE AWARE of this.
Rudely spoken female at the front desk. Not interested in helping me figure out why my new room key wasn’t opening my door. Come to find out they issued another guest the same room they gave me which prevented us from entering into our room with all our belongings in. She gave me a hard time just to get this issue resolved. Not to mention if you stay more than one night housekeeping doesn’t enter your rooms to clean them or place new towels in your rooms. I won’t be staying here anymore nor will I recommend staying here to my family and friends.

Love the Southwest Decor and the size of the room was big! Bathroom had his and her sink Love that! Comfortable , had a two Beautiful chairs and ottoman to Relax.
The AC Definitely!!! Kept turning off at night , and when you are a certain age you need room to be Cold!

Great location. Close to a lot of the destinations we had planned to visit.
We were on a floor where pets were allowed. A dog was barking at 6 in the morning for about 30 minutes which woke us up. Dogs up and down the hall. We didn't even have a pet. The bathroom was very small and the room was dark and dull.

The breakfast was great. The swimming pool was clean.
I was originally placed in room 108 which was right next to an exit door, during the 1 hour that I was in there this door was slammed about 50 times. I asked the front desk lady to move me to another room, she did but with an attitude. Then the women's bathroom was locked while I was swimming and I asked the same front desk lady if she would unlock it for me she did this with an angry look, it seemed that I was bothering her. My room in 240 smelled musty like wet carpet.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the southwestern decor-each morning we started with coffee in the front lounge and later enjoyed a wonderful array of breakfast foods-both hot and cold. The staff works hard and it shows. great 3 day stay!

Doors load slamming. On different rooms and exit hallways....disturbing when sleeping.....
Possible to separate barking dogs....I love pets but they would constantly bark with any noise...ie doors slamming
