The staff was friendly and willing to please the guests.
New mattress and updates of the property had begun.
The breakfast and free dinner were excellent.
Breakfast, tied the best, in our five state adventure.
Shannon was wonderful. She is the best host that we encountered.
The property sits on many acres with a small lake. There is fishing onsite.
The property is old and needs updating.
They have begun improving the property.
In the future it will again be a grand hotel.
Give them a chance if you're in the area visiting one of the plantations.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful.
First room the heater didn’t work.
Second room had the strongest smell of marijuana.
Third room the door swells and wouldn’t open.
By the time we made it to the fourth room I thought it would be okay but when you flush the toilet the water came up instead of down. Luckily on the second flush it went down. The cable company they use closed down and they haven’t switched to a new cable service so there is no tv. As I lay here in the bed it sounds like we are staying at a night club. All I can hear is loud bass and music playing. There is no tv to drown out the noise. I would not recommend this hotel. Especially not if you are traveling with family or looking for a quiet place to relax. No relaxation here. Paying 80$ for the night I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. But even that price is too much for a room here.

Said in booking that room would either be lake view or pool view. I had the back carpark view 😧 outside of rooms could do with some cleaning and general maintenance

The Webb site on booking.com is no where like it is in person! Booking.com should be ashamed of their association with this hotel! The facilities were absolutely atrocious!!!!!!!!! Nasty roach infested mold and you could not even get into the parking lot for the pavement all buckled up! DO NOT book through booking.com because what you see advertised on their site is NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET! Furthermore don’t expect a refund , from booking.com …..you will NEVER receive one!!! THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was ok. Gentleman at the front counter was very friendly. Room was clean
Location is a little off the road. Parking lot needs some work. Staff was courteous, but slow. The gentleman at the counter was working on a baseball tournament and could of used some help.

NOTHING IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. COULD NOT STAY AND HAD TO USE ANOTHER HOTEL
BUGS BUGS BUGS HOW ELSE CAN I SAY IT WAS SENT TO ONE ROOM AND THE LOCK DID NOT EVEN WORK COULD NOT GET IN THAT ROOM HAD TO GO BACK THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM AND IT WAS SO DIRTY BUGS IN THE BED BATHROOM AND THE STAFF KNEW IT AND DID NOTHING BUT TRY TO OFFER ME ANOTHER ROOM. BUT I'M SURE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BAD TOO. THE WHOLE PLACE WAS A MESS! THE HOTEL OR YOU WOULD HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK THIS IS SO WRONG!

I paid to stay there based upon the pictures.. there were crackheads all over the property and people outside their doors smoking dope.. I tried to get my money back and they refused me. they told me to contact booking.com and I did. booking requested a refund and they denied it.. I do not recommend this ratchet hotel to anyone at all what so ever.. please read this and save a few bucks and a lot of heartaches and drive to new roads.. this hotel is ratchet with holes all in the parking lot.. please save yourself time and money and go some place else

Check in receptionist were very nice
Very outdated room, not clean, TV was a very old box type TV and what few channels there were, they were all snowy. And we paid over $300 for your room. Very disappointed!!!

What I did like was location would be ideal. And I also liked that when I finally got hold of someone the following day manager I believe they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to refund my money…

Actually couldn’t stay there. Because entrance was. Locked off from hwy61. Under construction and there was no other entrance anywhere that I could find except maybe through a residential area which my truck and trailer could not access as it was littered i garbage cans etc and way too narrow even if that was a way. And tried to call the hotel several times to find out how the heck to get in but just got a voice recording message saying “ not accepting anymore calls try again later” so I did still nothing . Had to find another room somewhere else for the nite. Super frustrating prepaid for the room. So figured I’m out the money because of mo cancel clause with booking.com

the location
the property is falling apart. foil on windows, entryways closed and rooms allow pets and there are fleas. it is a beautiful location with lots of potential but I’ll never stay there again.

Staff at front desk were friendly.
Hard to get to due to pond being drained. Had to drive through a apartment complex running into the trash cans overflowing trying to turn into the drive for hotel. Driveway was full of pot holes you had to dodge. The room had a smell to it and was not clean.

Nice staff rates good
Walking back to my room later that night with my family (my husband and 2 children), their was a person staying at the hotel outside of his room smoking weed and you could smell it all the way out to the parking lot. One of your staff was walking up the same time we were and told him something about it.

I liked the pond in the front with the ducks
there were bugs in the bathroom. the ac didn’t work. I said 180$ not to have ac all night long. the hotel room was not cleaned properly. it was not worth the money I paid to stay. I could have gone a few more mins down the road and paid 180$ and stayed at a really nice hotel with ac.

It was close to everything
it was run down. we were promised a hot breakfast and we didn't get anything but cereal with no milk and a muffin. There was water leaks by the lobby doors, so we had to walk all the way around to get to our room. Room didn't look anything like the pictures. carpets were sticky. room smelled like mildew.

I thought I was getting a nice place so I prepaid huge mistake. I was charged $150 for my tiny yorkie to stay with us. Then I had my two grandkids with me and at 8:39 am there was no breakfast and was not allowed to get a yogurt or a piece of fruit for them. I have been in the hospitality industry for 25 years and have never seen such disrespect. It truly hurts my heart to know families do not feel welcomed

The location and the pool was really nice.
It was dirty and old/run down. We moved rooms 3 times. Door knobs were broken. The staff was slow, but nice. Omg, the parking lot was horrible, it was like an old roller coaster. The first room they put us in actually had a 20 inch tube TV. The cable was fuzzy in all the rooms. The phones in the rooms did not work. We fell asleep to blaring Mexican music. It is not worth half of what we paid. I know now why it was the only place in St Francisville that had availability.

The cleaning lady(Keisha) and the maintenance man (Jeremy) were both amazing and accommodating. They were eager to make our stay comfortable.
I was given a King room and I booked for a Queen Double. There was no apology given, nor was I compensated for the price difference. The front desk ladies even tried to tell me I booked a King and once I showed them my booking the response I received was “oh”. Professionalism is not one of their strongest point’s.
