The location was close enough in walking distance to enough retail food, although we didn't need to use it. The bed was roomy and comfortable with just the right amount of "blanketing". The bathroom was roomy and well laid out - glad you had a fan, since there was no bathroom window. Enough counter space for him and her stuff. The parking was close to our room and the fact that we had a first floor room was extra nice, since we're older and not having to carry goods up the stairs made it much safer for us AND convenient. (I'm not sure, if your receptionist keeps the age of the customers in mind, when making room arrangements - if so, KUDOS!)

The lobby could use some remodeling/sprucing up - maybe new furniture and/or a fresh coat of paint. It seemed dank, when I went in. Otherwise, it was clean and neat!

They offered a full refund due to black mould.

We viewed the room, because the main building was in poor state of repair. The rooms has black mould on the inside of the curtains and were dirty. We asked for a refund and refused to use the room for health reasons. I emailed to ask for confirmation of a refund, and they did not reply. Swimming pool was so tiny.

WI-FI was poor.

Location was convenient to Newport Beach and highway access. Bed was comfortable & the room was spacious. Cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Property is run down & in serious need of a complete remodel. Bathroom sink was cracked and had bugs around the drain. Window was bolted shut and had signs of a previous breakin.
