The location is 3star but the price is 5star..for a 3star location its nice and we could enjoy it, even if its already a bit in the years with furniture.. its quite ok

Its way much overpriced for the effective standard. This for the hotel but also for the served food at the waterfront restaurant. 20-30% less the prive would reflect the quality you get. Side note: the location is on the fogy side.. there are places on cape cod where you have much more sun.

Staff and management went above and beyond to make my family, and I feel appreciated, comfortable, and welcomed. This was the first time we stayed at the Lighthouse Inn for our annual family vacation, and we are so impressed we are hoping to make it our permanent family vacation spot!

Beautiful building and location on the beach. Great atmosphere, loved the Sand Bar restaurant up the road.

Rude staff. Paid for a queen bed, got a very uncomfortable double, was told there was nothing they could do about it - deal with it or leave. Bed was very hard and wobbly, very thin duvet. Old towels. We were told we weren’t able to have the breakfast because we didn’t book directly through their website

Housekeeping staff was friendly, pleasant and efficient. Location was good but not the best.

No designated parking for our room or building. We had to park near office and walk a ways to building where room was. No walkways made to get to building or room. We had to roll suitcases up a grassy hill and walk on wet grass to get to car or room. No Keurig in room. Instead there was a tiny coffee maker with horrible coffee. For the price you pay for the room there should be a Keurig like other places. one night i had only lukewarm water for a shower. Other people around with kids were allowed to be very noisy. SEAWEED on beach making it impossible to get near or in the water. other places rake the seaweed out.

Location was perfect. Right on a beach. Small but nice and perfect for our young granddaughter. Nice pool. Breakfast right on the water.

Breakfast was a little late to start for us early risers.
