There was breakfast? Check in was easy, location was great. it was really nice to have the separate living room.

Bed seemed to tilt to one side and just was not very comfortable.

The cost for that room was astronomic, but it was in a resort town in high summer, so expected. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, no outstanding features, but I was not looking for frills.

Perfect location - could walk to everything in Grand Lake - clean, basic room - very quiet - will stay there again -reasonable for high season in Grand Lake

No breakfast/ smoking pot next room number 6. I complained….

Cool building, nice room, and the hot tub was a nice addition

The location was ok.

The staff didn't seem snowmobile friendly, was asked to move my truck and load up my ramp to make room for another row of cars. There was never another row of cars, owner power trip. I still happily complied. I only stayed here because the better hotel was booked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There is no water dispenser, I was told to get water from the bathroom tap by staff. The shower leaked water all over the floor, and the room was not the best. You want the best in Grand Lake go stay at Gateway Inn.

I was up there for work, the place was clean, and after working all day out in the cold. The room was warm, quiet.
