It was very good. Organized and well kept and supplied constantly. A real plus for our vacation needs.

The waffles stuck sometimes on the griddle. Perhaps a cooking spray would be helpful.

the breakfast is a great addition to the experience it reminded me of the old Las Vegas style I was use to in the past I love how I didnt have to leave my state of Wisconsin to feel the extra special part of a hotel services that I was use to!!! We will be back soon like a month or two just to enjoy your city. I am from Milwaukee I am looking for some land to move up out of the city so will see you soon thanks Dana

I could have stayed longer!!

It was clean, up to date and convenient

Two things: #1 - I've stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and never have I ever encountered a more indecipherable TV system. IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to operate it. #2 - I did not appreciate the daily add-on fee for the in-room safe. Very much a scam.

It was a super location and easy to find sites from here.

The beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a variety of foods. My room was perfect with regard to the walk in shower and cleanliness of everything. Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

I think the price is a bit steep. Other than that it is a perfect place to stay.

The only highlight of this trip was the breakfast staff member that was very kind.

The hotel was filthy. The pool had pealing paint that came off on your skin and clothes. The jacuzzi tub we paid extra for had dirt and grime that came out along with seeds and dead plant bits from the previous user. There were dead bugs in the shower. I took pictures of all of this. And to top it off they had a spot light pointed directly into the window that kept me up half the night. When I tried to discuss the room conditions with the manager she dismissed me and said that was typical of the hotel. She offered to send a staff member to clean the tub but offered no refund, no discount for the inconvenience or the inability to use the tub, nor did she offer to move us into another room. Absolutely no assistance and never once an apology for the poor conditions. My daughter has a skin condition and the remains of the dead plants made her break out in a rash. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning and had it not been a special weekend with my 4 and 7 year old I would have left the moment I saw the dead bugs in the shower.

We were in Oshkosh for our sons state chess tournament. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. We loved how spacious the room was. Our 5 yr old loved the pool.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

The front desk was empty when we arrived. There was a doorbell to summon the staff and on our first arrival it took at least 10 minutes for someone to arrive. When we came back later to check in, it took at least 15 minutes for someone to arrive. The hotel states that it is non-smoking, but the smell of smoke and marijuana in the hallways was very strong. Policy also stated that there was a period of time in the evening where children were not allowed in the pool, but there were at least a dozen children in the pool after 10 PM. Coffee quickly ran out in the breakfast room the next morning, and the breakfast attendant was extremely rude and unfriendly.
