Everything was new, the air worked great but my favorite things was the breakfast! A full menu including hot breakfast foods like bacon sausage and pancakes. Milk orange juice apple juice hot chocolate coffee yogurt fruit cereal oat meal and it was all fresh! The view was nice and the pool was nice. I smoke so the designated smoking area was close to the elevator so I could run out there real quick while my son watched TV.

The moment we went into the room I had to use the bathroom so I went in and the toilet seat was lifted up, no big deal but there was a pubic hair, a huge one, laying right there so that was pretty gross. And I also stepped on a needle in the carpet which I was able to get it out of the carpet and my son didn't step on it so that was good.

the breakfast was a complete one. very good. the room was clean comfortable and had extras as for micro, coffee maker and fridge. the only complain would be the are condition needs to be replaced . to noisy and old.

I’m assuming that the lady who worked during the day was the manager, she was very helpful. The evening staff (white lady from Dayton, the guy in the wheelchair) was very helpful!! But the lady with the dread locs was not so pleasant, needs retraining with customer service skills. Didnt ever greet us with a smile, or when asked a question she couldn’t answer. 3rd shift person was never available called several times didn’t answer the phone call, and when looking for her at the front desk she wasn’t available either. For 3 days and spending $400 not 1 time did we get our room cleaned or fresh towns, or linen. And was asked when checking in if we would like the service. didn’t receive any of the services that was offered. The hallway was gross, paint on the floor (carpet), elevator was old, parking is limited the contractors took up most of the spaces during the day. Wasn’t notified about the remodeling of the hotel until the last minute. i did like that the Dove Soap was able to be used during my stay.
