That they don't offer free breakfast....

It was nice and roomy, staff was very nice.

My room was Handicap, per requested. It had NO shower curtain, water went everywhere, and floor was not clean.

Parking lot and entrance to parking lot are not convenient, at all. A breakfast option would be very helpful as there are limited options nearby and are difficult to get to and return to the hotel.

First of all the staff does not like to work, very unpleasant! The room is large, but very old and scruffy. Not recommmend this hotel to nobody!

Sketchy characters hanging around in the parking lot “working on a car”. One of the guys walked to a darker area of the parking lot, bent down and snorted something. I had to walk my dog or I would have stayed inside the whole time.

The hotel was beautiful lots of space awesome shower.When I come through again I want to stay a few days and check the lake out. I was that relaxed.

The room was very comfortable and the guys doing the housekeeping were very polite, The lady working at the front desk was also really sweet and checked me in quick with no problems!

I was in a rush to book so i never noticed that this establishment did not serve breakfast, i have a toddler who wakes up super moody and hungry, on the flip side there was a McDonald’s less than 2 minutes away so ot wasn’t a big deal.

There was no breakfast so i cant tell you what I liked as your suggestion stated. This was a first time at a candlewood. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had almost everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, could easily adjust temperature, loved the TV remote had sleep option.

Noise reduction, if hotels need to save money I wish they would not doit on the insulation. I am a light sleeper and with no insulation youcan hear noise from other rooms. It was not the worst i ever experienced but enough. The person above me walked arounduntil midnight and woke me again at 3, I was next to the laundry room I think there should be hours of operation if you are going to put them in between rooms. The ice maker in the fridge was not working and I could have went to the desk as she told me that when I Checked in but that is not convenient. I had more pros than cons but the lack of noise canceling insulation would prevent me from staying in that location again. Fyi...I stayed in a hotel where I litteraly listened to a gentleman's conversation for 35 minutes and heard every word. Then when he fell asleep he snoored and it was so loud I recorded it. I had to asked to be moved. I could not sleep. So if you need to take shortcuts please don't do it in the insulation area when you are building a new hotel.

Very convenient location right off the interstate. Kitchen had a dishwasher and the bathtub was big, great for soaking.
