Beds were clean

Hotel is worn down and needs update and cleaning.

Toilet was stopped up and I woke up to a bug in the restroom, so idk if I’ll be staying there again.

The room was nice, it was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff seemed pretty friendly and I loved that the ac was on in the room when we got there.

The only downfall to the hotel was the indoor pool. With this area being iffy on weather, I decided an indoor pool would be best, but the pool was awful. It was so hot in the pool room and the water was even hotter. There seemed to be too much water in the pool and when I stepped in, I noticed that it looked like there was some sort of oily like stuff on the water, there was bugs and trash floating around also, and it didn't seem like the filtering system was on. There was nothing indicating that the pool was closed and the staff even pointed us in the direction of the pool.

The staff was friendly

The room bathroom floor was full of oil and super slippery. It was actually quite oily like someone broke a botel of aoil on the floor and dirty. The room and decoration could do with an upgrade.

I loved the breakfast.The staff was very friendly &helpful. I loved the location. Shout out to Ms.Paula she made sure we had everything we needed &wanted. The lady in laundry was sweet also. Ms.Paula was awesome 🥇🏆🥇

Soon after enter the lobby we all felt Bed odor , same smell we felt in the room too.

The staff were so rude and disrespectful and the restroom and sink are separate and there is no microwave

Very nice and quiet. Good breakfast and cordial employees
