It was the perfect location and proximity to Broadway at the Beach

The elevators were loud, the bathroom had no shower curtain.

Everything was beautiful

The location was great and no bed bugs...I hate bed bugs so I am very cautious when it comes to bed bugs. The staff was great and room was really cold which is great when coming back from a long day of high humidity...and a having a daughter with health issues. This makes the second time booking this place and never disappoints.

Only thing the could have been better is one of the mattress...it dipped alot in the middle but that's it.

Close proximity to the beach!

The fact that this hotel offers full size beds instead of Queen size is insane to me.

facilities, TV didn't work, only shampoo but not conditioner at the bathroom, had to ask for those.had problems to open the door with the card. the pool had plastic bags as t the bottom and other around the pool( and we were the first to arrive there after being cleaned)

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was much appreciated. Our room was clean. The bathroom sink had a leak however it did not disrupt our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Convenience and Location

Room was great size. Location was also great. Staff was perfect and polite.

Room was outdated and worn. Pool was dirty and water was cloudy. Hot tub was closed. Hair dryer and one television wasn’t working. The provided coffee maker in the room was not supplied with coffee supplies(cups-creamers-sweeteners). The rug was worn and needed replacement.

Everything from the building to rooms, elevators and hallways were filthy. The place needs to b renovated. Also, no maid service. I booked 3 nights, saw room checked out next day. I would have left that day but I would lose monies.

Size and layout of the king suite.

Pet friendly room but hallway had smell. Bathroom tub/shower had hole and needed repair/updating. Bathtub faucet dropped because it didn’t shut off all the way.

Location was convenient for us. They had a pool but we didn’t have time to get in but looked very clean.

I didn’t like that the elevator was hot on the inside

The staff was wonderful. We arrived much later than expected due to traffic etc on our travel

The room was terrible. King bed was broken. The pull out couch was just as bad for my daughter springs popping up and provided only a sheet for cover up. Electric sockets were sticking out .. this place needs a huge update for what we paid to stay was certainly not worth it. Shower curtain was messed up. Got in late and left by 7:30 am didn’t even want to see how breakfast would go.

The location was great and The outside other hotel was nice and well kept. The room was clean and the bathroom had the hand holds at the toilet and tub.

I booked a handicapped room. We were told the room was next to the elevator. Surprise, it was the further est room from the elevator. We were told to take the elevator located on the side of the building. Surprise, the room wasn't accessable by that elevator. The elevator at the rear of the building gave us access to the floor where our room was, but as I have said it was at the end of a hallway far away from the elevator. Also the rear entrance didn't have a handicap ramp so we had to go thru the hotel to use the elevator.

the location was great to get to the beach

there were roaches and the lingering smell of the roach spray. asked the front desk for tissue since there wasn't any in our room and he asked us if we needed him to bring it, we ended up having to walk to the front desk and get it ourselves. Went to buy water and the front desk guy laughed at me because I brought cash since they only accept card, he continued laughing as I walked away. Has a laundry room but no coins or detergent for purchase on premises.

The facility was nice and quiet, breakfast was great, and staff was beyond nice and helpful. My favorite part is NO ROOM SERVICE your room is unbothered unless you request otherwise.

It was a non smoking facility, however we kept smelling cigarette smoke for two days and when I told the front desk she sent maintenance (thinking there was a burning smell, big misunderstanding) but the maintenance guy said it’s probably cause they are smoking down the hall. My two kids have really bad asthma. From that point on the stay wasn’t as pleasant. We had to keep leaving because my 1 year old could breathe to well. Didn’t use the pool nor hot tub because it was greenish
