Location great. Breakfast excellent; great assortment of foods

Dead flies on windowsill could have been cleaned up

The location was convenient near a highway exit and near food and stores. The staff was friendly during the visit.

We saw issues with cleanliness when we were there. The bathrooms weren't cleaned well and things were splattered on the wall near the trash can that could have easily been cleaned. You have to ask yourself, if the small issues aren't being taken care of, then how well are the larger issues being taken care of? I write this review a few months after our stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Sheridan. About 5 weeks after our stay, we found bed bugs in our home on the items we took with us. We haven't stayed anywhere else since then. We never had problems with bed bugs before our stay and they showed up after the stay at the Baymont in Sheridan. Given the lack of cleanliness of the room, you can come to your own conclusion where they came from. We have had to pay $1,400 to get the house treated, and it has taken three treatments and lots of time and effort and we are still checking to see if they are present. The included picture is of the first bug we found on a pillow we took on the trip. We have found many more since. We stayed at the Baymont to try and save a little money over staying at the nearby Hilton property, but we've now paid more than if we would have stayed in the most expensive hotel in town. You can come to your own conclusions, but we won't be staying at the Baymont again. We've learned our lesson the hard way.

My reservation was confirmed at the Bookings.com rate by email. When we checked in taxes and fees were added to the confirmed TOTAL rate.. The desk clerk told me that it wasn't a Booking.com reservation and he couldn't adjust the rate. The day shift manager told me that I would have to contact Bookings.com about the rate and that TOTAL didn't include tax! We pass through Sheridan several times a year, I'm sure we can find a place that doesn't change the rate at check in.

Great location, breakfast was decent, pet friendly.

Tv wasn’t working when we arrived and had to call someone to help fix it. Shortly after, the toilet overflowed and had to get a plunger and extra towels to clean the mess. Window was lined with dead and dying flies. Minimal outlets for charging devices. Did not feel up to date whatsoever or clean in the room. Towels were very rough and scratchy. Toilet without a lid was just not acceptable with small kids and pets either. Probably won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

Room was loud with adjoining room with barking dog. Giant dead bug in bathroom when I first went in made me wonder about overall cleanliness.

This is a newer property and the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable, this should not be the case. The TV did not work properly and after the second day we asked management for help, no help was ever forthcoming. I would say that is not very good service. The ice machines were out of order on the floors once we got there and still out of order 4 days later. The coffee machine at breakfast was not working and the breakfast choices were minimal at best. The cleaning service was very good, TiAnni did a great job. For the price we paid ($199 w/tax) the property was not worth it, I would not recommend this hotel
