The first room smelled of smoke. The second room had gross water stains on ceiling and paint on wall scraped. The TV reception was very poor cutting out. Constant beeping from storage room. Electrical outlet for hair dryer was not working. The pool heater was not working, frigid water. No one at checkout to address our concerns. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like a helicopter.

Absolutely nothing. My wife won’t let me unpack my bags In out home when I get back.

1. Staff could not locate Booking.com reservation without looking it up in their email system. 2. Used razor blade from prior occupant in the room. Advised staff. They seemed disinterested. 3. Staff was surely and communicated poorly. I had to call them to open the breakfast door at 7:08 for a 7:00 doors open. The employee sounded like he was asleep when he answered the phone. 4. They did not even try to make the Continental Breakfast appealing . 4. Place changed ownership four years ago. No signs of TI’s. Staff appear demoralized. Honestly, Booking.com should remove this hotel. This is the first tiime I have used your website and my experience was poor. I have status with all hotel chains in the US, even Choice Hotels. I picked this hotel due to its convenient distance from Americus, KS where I was participating in a national sporting event (Gravel cycle racing). Charles Darwall

Quiet room, no trouble makers....

beds had dirt on them...No one to get extra towels available,or coffee or some breakfast items at 7:30 in morning...Big dissapointment. Ran out of hot water at 7:15in morning. Only 1 room key/room.

We didn’t like anything, the beds were awful and only a full size when they were supposed to queen size, no hot water, cracked and gaping tiles in the bathroom, shower curtain wasn’t good at all, they lied and said the pool would be open and it was not!! The worst place ever to stay!! TV signal sucked and kept freezing and the stairs going to our room were about to fall through, and to top it all off my mother in law’s room had roaches, the sink would not work and she had cigarette burn holes all in her covers on the bed!! We deserve to have our money back and then some!!! DON’T EVER STAY HERE!!

Convenient Location

TV barley worked the entire stay, trying to get someone to clean the room was like pulling teeth and breakfast was only a few hours and would close up before time stated to be over.

It was clean and heater and shower worked well, bed was comfortable.

Ugly paint on walls, television was dish satellite and only had 50 some channels, the connection was also poor and fuzzy and kept freezing up. Person next door played some loud music and was yelling.

Very run down and pool/spa closed. Smoke detector on other side of our wall beeping and it took 1 1/2 hours to disconnect and the smoke detector in our room was no longer on wall and no battery.

Dirty linens bugs in the lamp shades that I could see , no tv channels, water for tub and shower was Luke warm at best , surrounding patrons must have been on drugs or soliciting sex due to the nature of their behavior day and night , stairwells were collapsing and vomit on the sidewalk

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The main building where the lobby & pool are had LOTS of things wrong. The back door to the building wasn’t even on hinges. it was just laying across the door frame & you walked around it; the pool was closed for the season; and the public bathroom near the pool had an Out of Order sign on it, but he explained to me that not all of the toilets were out of order,& the vanity in that bathroom looked GROSS! I don’t know if it was stained or hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

The ceiling in the bedroom was falling off. The furniture had holes. No elevator. The stairs had weak spots.

Terrible. The indoor pool was closed for the winter. Long dark hair in the shower. Funny smells.

It was easily accessible, the room was cozy, and it was a great deal price wise.

Bed was a bit too firm, SBN wasn’t in cable listing, and housekeeping never touched my room when I asked the lady to do just some light housekeeping. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like anything about this place.

T.V. didn't work. The bed was horrible. The walls were damaged and poorly repaired in places. The place smelled funny. Management is horrible and extremely unfriendly.

The room was not worth the rate we paid. The beds felt like we were sleeping on springs with a very thin layer of padding. The carpet in the room was stained & looked dirty. They put us in a room next to the outside door, so we heard the door slamming all through the night. The woman who checked us in wasn't friendly, she was very standoffish, like she didn't want to deal with us. The overall atmosphere was very low class. The other guests looked like they could be criminals, & they kept watching us when we went outside to our car. We stayed the night when it was cold outside & the room with the pool had no heat whatsoever. Also the pool had a funny smell coming off of it & it wasn't chlorine. I would not recommend this motel!!!

It was pretty dirty and the pool is one of the main reasons we booked there the water was 53 degrees way to cold for kids to swim in it.

Cleanliness was what's expected from a hotel

Knob to shower broke and they said the would fix it after I checked out. Continental breakfast was a joke (cereal and yogurt). Pool was almost unswimmable it was so cold.
