Very comfortable beds, very clean, very convenient for the airport. Great airport shuttle service.

Due to a delay with the plane, we ended up checking in very early morning and found the check in staff not as friendly or helpful as they could have been.

Location, value and amenities.

The “grab and go” concept is a little off-putting. I had to go across the parking lot to the sister property Westin to get a true meal.

Close to airport, property was clean and great for overnight stay. Can be booked per hour over and above checkout time so you can relax before your flight.

No restaurant. Bar area where you can order food over the bar. Menu selection was basic. Snack shop/selection was interesting.

First time here and this place really rocks! So modern and professional. Staffs were friendly and hospitable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with king bed and all the toilet amenities. Facilities provided (pool and gym) were great for some relaxing. The bar area came with wide spread of stuff to be purchased freely at anytime. The lobby lounge area was super chill, even with great live music! The free shuttle bus service to/from airport was essential and nice thought out. In short, I had a fantastic stay!

If I must scrutinize, I would suggest to provide clear signs and recommendations to nearby restaurants, BART station, etc. or even free shuttle service to the BART Millbreu station.

Schneller, unkomplizierter Check-In, moderne Einrichtung, gemütliche Bar, kostenloser Kaffee im Eingangsbereich, zuverlässiger Flughafentransfer, sauberes, großes Zimmer mit schöner Dusche. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt für Reisende mit frühen Abreisezeiten.

Airport shuttle was convenient. The lobby and dining/bar areas were a relaxing place to sit. The shuttle came every 15 minutes.

The room had some obvious defects in the walls, perhaps from an old leak or something? It looked like maybe cracks had been repaired (but not well.) It should be less obvious. The light switch for the bathroom was hard to find. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. The ramen machine was out of everything but one dish.

The wake up call we had requested didn’t occur. Staff confirmed when we followed up that it was on the system. Could have been disastrous if we didn’t have a back up. In our last two stays though we have found both times that there has been a sub set of guests that have taken over the pool area and made it unpleasant for others to enjoy.

Awesome modern bathroom. There was a door to separate the toilet and shower to allow privacy if you have a traveling companion. And the shower was a walk in. Also, we were on the freeway side and it seemed much quieter than other hotels I have stayed at in that area. Also there is a walking trail along the bay. And you can eat at the Westin restaurant next door which is very good. And the staff were very friendly.

The beds were fine but not the same quality as other Westin's but I'll take the bathroom any day over a plush bed.

Rate Aloft is very close to SFO airport and offers shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location has a very young adult, modern vibe throughout. It is clean and sleek and appears well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet Bathroom facilities very pretty.

No night light in the bathroom.

Check-in was a fun experience, yes fun. The desk clerk from Kenya was a joy! The room was perfect! The lounge was good and the evening food offered at the lounge was good, considering it wasn't a full restaurant! Shuttle was great and reliable.

Breakfast, which wasn't included in the price, was not ready at 6 am. Nobody knew where anything was (silverware, syrup, cream, tea bags, etc.) and this stuff was supposed to be available in the store all the time. The breakfast entrees were to be available at 6:30, but I doubt they were. Breakfast needs a lot more effort for a hotel that supports a lot of people getting early flights next to SFO, Eating areas were not really cleaned up and ready for the breakfast crowd.

Loved the fresh, modern feel of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms. I got in very late and hadn't eaten so finding the ramen vending machine in the lobby felt like a colossal win. It was a great bowl of ramen! Such a unique and fun feature for a hotel to offer.

I just got back from Japan so it is unfair to compare but the amenities in the room were slim. There was one cup so tea when I arrived left no cup for coffee in the morning without rinsing out a disposable cup. I had run out of toothpaste and as noted, in Japan, all of those are provided in the room which would have been very handy in this situation.

Very clean and organized, convenient location for the airport and BART.

Hotel and room were clean and adequately furnished. Staff was courteous and professional.

Parking for hotel guest visitors was terrible. No parking spaces were available on a Saturday night and the parking gate to leave the lot was inefficient, inoperative for credit card payment, and poorly designed and marked. We had to go back to the Front Desk for assistance to depart the premises in our rental car.
