The staff was awesome!! The breakfast was good with several choices. We enjoyed our time at the Hampton Hotel.

All was pretty good just needed the hallways vacuumed and the trash cans were always full.

Bed and pillows aren’t the greatest, but for one night it was fine.

Cleanliness. Checked into room about 5:30pm. Room was very damp and very musty smell. Went to get into bed, pulled sheets back and there was men’s chest hairs on the sheets and short long hairs under pillow. Old dried contacts on the floor next to the bed. I went down to front desk and told them. They said “so sorry I’ll move you to a different room. They said house keeping must have missed that room. I said no they didn’t miss the room because the beds were made and it was prepped for the next guest, they just didn’t change the sheets, they just made up the bed during room cleaning”. Hallway carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in 2 days. Crumbs and other stuff on the carpet. Carpet areas by elevators were the worst. The whole hotel smelled musty on each floor. Both rooms were musty
