This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice. There was an entire buffet style breakfast, and the servers were extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean and has a laundry station for convenience. And our room was huge and roomy. Exactly what we needed after traveling. I'll definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Pool and hot tub was amazing. Kids and I really enjoyed the pool toys.
Front desk girl that checked us in seemed really grumpy.
This is minor, but since you asked: Cinnamon rolls had cream cheese instead of icing.

Clean with large rooms. Excellent grocery store next door and great food options within a few minutes walk. Accommodating staff and would definitely stay here again.
Lift was a little slow but I am impatient and need the exercise so took the stairs. Just me.

The room was a great size and it had a great WiFi connection. The hotel was central to food and drink with a short drive to Ketchum.
This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in - and I travel about 50% of my time. It has 3 floors and I was on the 2nd - I heard every shower, toilet flush and kid jumping off the bed. The breakfast was very nicely done with a served buffet. The workout room was fantastic and had Peloton bikes with a rowing machine too!v However, the noisy never stopped. I would be hard pressed to book again based on the amount of noise. Lastly, the front desk staff were condescending and snarky. What as a simple question turned into an unexpectedly crappy interaction that left me wondering why a even bothered to speak with her.

very comfortable and large bed, spacious rooms, huge tv, well furnished gym and nice pool. friendly staff and some quirky games in the reception.

Breakfast selection and quality was very good. Servers in buffet line where friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was attractive. The setting of the hotel was quiet and inviting.
A little bit of trouble getting the thermostat to maintain a steady temperature--too much back and forth from AC.

Thermostat was “smart”. Could not keep the room
cool enough to sleep. Bathroom was too small.
They opted to make the roomer bigger with empty
space for “exercise” instead of using that room for
the bathroom. Staff could not find an extra pillow.
Juice machine didn’t work at breakfast. They serve
you breakfast and you better get everything you
want the first time as the staff completely ignored
us when we noticed they had boiled eggs. We will
not stay here again.

The property was clean, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was served to you from a line with orders taken and daily specials like breakfast burritos, quesadillas, etc. The quality was ok as one would expect from a hotel breakfast. We had a dog so stayed on the ground floor which has wood floors that were laid on concrete, therefore pretty hard and cold. They did have dog bowls and a bed for the dog, so quite pet friendly. There was a major problem that I haven’t read about from other reviewers, the hotel is extremely loud. We could literally hear other conversations in the hall and from our neighbors. We stayed 4 nights and on night 2 we could hear a child repeatedly running up and down the room floor from 7 am to 11 pm. For this reason we won’t be staying here again, sorry but the others benefits just don’t make up for this while on vacation!
