Hot tub wasn't working,. Heater and refrigerator didn't work. There was maintenance going on while I was there.

We arrived after dark and the driveway entrance to the front parking lot could be marked a little better to see the the entrance from the road. The parking lot was lit well enough.

I was a little hesitant to stay here after some of the reviews I read, but it was pet friendly and right off the highway very close to restaurants and shops. Pulling up, the outside of the building looked a little run down, but after going inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is under new management, has new, friendly staff, and are doing a great job with updates and cleanliness. The room was nice! It was a good size, clean and set up well. It had a large fridge, TV and microwave. The bar was open until midnight; with reasonably priced drinks, large TV's, a pool table, dart board, juke box and gambling machines. Although the waterslides and hot tub were closed for repairs, the pool was ADULTS ONLY from 11:30 pm-1:30 am! There is a small arcade for the kids. The hot breakfast was very good and served until 10 am. I don't know how long ago those bad reviews were written, but I had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Bar was nice. Staff was nice.

Hot tub had issues, didn't know till check-in. No water slides due to no lifeguards. I would of been very upset if I'd brought my kids and fount out after check-in about these issues. Drywall debris from construction out in the hallway. Breakfast wasn't very good.

-room had only a desk chair - there was plenty of room for another chair or seating option and that would have been appreciated and used -general decor greatly needs updating and some wallpaper needs repair or replacement

I am in a wheelchair and could not manuever my wheelchair into my "accesible" room. The bathroom was also not accessible.

Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Location very good.

our room (122) was constantly damp. Even running a/c on high didn’t remove the humidity. Also, bathroom fan was loud and ineffective. Bed was very hard but adequate.

Clean rooms and comfortable for a night's stay.

Furnishings are a bit outdated, but still functionable. AC kept it cool but was a bit noisy and couldn't regulate the desired temp. Need to get the hot tub and slides working. Would be nice to have longue/bar available also. Breakfast is on the light side but what was there, was good.
