pool looked nice. it would be cool to use it. we didnt get in till 9:00 but wanted to still swim as a family. never got why there are hours on a pool.

We were placed by an outside door on the first floor that would not close on its own. Strangers could have just walked in. There was no lighting when you first walked into the room. We had to walk in the dark and try to find a light. There was only a small vanity in the restroom to get dressed. This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. Definitely did not meet IHG expectations or standards. I would like some compensation for my inconvenience. Also, I reported this the day after I got home and I still have not heard from the hotel manager.

The size of room we had was exceptional. But the room had an echo and the bed squeaked.

housekeeping should get a notice about when customers checkout. they are waking me up at 8am when checkout is at 11. I paid a good penny to rest comfortably not to be waken up a couple of times.

It was a noise night. it wasn’t the hotel fault but there was kids up and down the hall at night.

The size of the room and the location.
The ac leaked the 2 nights into a big puddle, it smelt musty and every time A shower was taken the whole bathroom was wet.

We had a coach area but no light. The lighting was NOT good in room.

I liked how close it was to Seguin High School and restaurants.
I checked in and I was told the room I booked was unavailable. She gave me a room but not enough space for my family. I went up to the room and it was dirty. The bed hasn't been made or anything. She told me she was upgrading my room but ended up giving me the same room I originally booked. When I went into the room their Maintenance guy was sitting on the couch eating his food. I was furious at this point. There was no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. The breakfast was not great either.

The cleanliness, how it is arranged, and the simple ways to get around. The space in the room, very spacious. The restroom hygiene products were great!

Breakfast was amazing! Beds were super comfy! Staff was very friendly!

Breakfast was plentiful and staff was very courteous.
We could not connect our computer to the motel wifi. Thus could not communicate with family. We were assigned a room on the fourth which could be reached by an elevator that was some what of a scary ride.
