Der Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel hat nicht funktioniert. Obwohl mehrfach angerufen und bestätigt wurde, dass der Shuttle unterwegs sei, kam kein Shuttle. Musste dann ein Taxi nehmen. Reception oftmals wegen Rückfrage unbesetzt. Im Zimmer in den Ecken wenn man genauer hin sah dreckig. Beim Frühstücken alles mit Plastikgeschirr. Das muss nicht mehr sein.

De gehorigheid van de kamer, het feit dat er tot 8 uur 's avonds renovatie werkzaamheden gedaan werden, met boren en schuren en dat mijn kamer naast een toegangsdeur lag die met veel kabaal dicht viel als deze gebruikt werdt.

I didn’t like how I had to switch rooms 3 times in order to get a decent room. First room was smelly, second room didn’t have a tv or lock behind the door

Number one the air conditioning was working very good! I came in right about midnight and the front desk was very helpful as I was tired and disorganized, but he helped me a lot. The bed was comfortable, nice pillows, clean room and a big room, quiet and smelled good. Typical breakfast but good choices. The bread was impressive as it was thick slices of good bread even brioche and the bagels. There were a couple styles to choose from. You had the option to make regular waffles or little mini waffles for the kids. Good coffee. Clean area to eat. They had some scrambled eggs and sausage patties-the quality was what you usually get in free hotel breakfast. Other than that, I was happy with what they offered for breakfast. This will now be my go to hotel as I often stay before and after a flight out of the state for leisurely trips. I did another hotel before my vacation and was not happy with that and it cost more. Thank you for a nice stay after a very long trip to get back to North Carolina.

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like.

The price at first. But after our stay, the accommodations were just on par. The pictures online give an appearance of clean and luxurious. Not the case. Not very family-friendly.

Bath linens were not free of stains. They were quite dingy. Had to request several sets. Entrances were not clean and inviting. In the paths between walkways, there was a pile of feces that appeared to be human. The lights in the room were confusing, switches in awkward places, and turned on and off lights that didn't really make sense. The pool was out of service, but we did not learn of that until arrival. Housekeeping left piles of dirty sheets in the hallway that we had to walk past majority of our weekend stay. Staff did not smile much at all. Some didn't even speak. And there were gnats in our room. Annoying!

Breakfast started and ended too early. 2 hours is not a lot of time and to end at 8am is inconvenient

Staff at the breakfast was prompt and friendly.

The tub was extremely unclean. water clogged. Towels had hair and stains on them. The receptionist was distracted and gave little to no information.

Great location close to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. I like the hotel lobby was beautiful, Nice Breakfast, staff was helpful. 24-hour airport shuttle service every one hour.
