Despite the religious name of the top manager at this La Quinta, Colton Baptiste, he is a mean guy who was disrespectful to me. My bf and I stayed at this place for a night and forgot a couple of things in the closet. When I came to claim them from Lost & Found three days later, the receptionist working the desk was extremely uncooperative - she checked the backroom, said nothing was left by the housekeepers, and just kept repeating these things over and over while I asked her to get me someone who would have the answers or the cleaner of the room that morning. She would do nothing and started serving other visitors. So, I called the police. When the police came, only then she called this Colton Baptiste down. Huge thanks to our police in Lake Mary. The police officer explained that this is something that happens all the time - and while I lost just a couple of clothing items, other people forget and never recover expensive jewelry. For clothing items, it's tough to claim criminal intent. He talked to the manager and the receptionist and was at least able to get me further than I got on my own. I went to talk to Mr. Baptiste, and he informed me that I signed a waiver confirming the hotel is not responsible for lost items (How in the world does this work, anyways? Isn't that what hotels are for when you pay them for stay?). He also interrupted me repeatedly while I was trying to talk, and blamed me for calling the police. Although, it was only after the officer arrived that he was called down. When I pressed to talk to the cleaner of that morning, he agreed, went in the backroom and returned shortly with two people on the phone who he claimed were the hotel cleaning manager and the cleaner of that morning. I had no way to confirm that was true. He said both of these people said they found nothing, though confirmed that everything including the closet was checked. Unfortunately, I know 100% that these pieces of clothing were left there.

Perfect location, the hotel was clean and love the waffle makers. The coffee stand is very much appreciated.

The only issue I found was the elevator near the front door was out of order. That was a bit inconvenient,

Decent breakfast. They have the do-it-yourself waffle maker which I always enjoy. The location is great. There are nearby shops and a very good diner/bar within walking distance. And it is dog friendly which was awesome.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was our bed... The frame on which the mattress sat was extremely squeaky and loud which was rather troublesome since our 7-month old was sleeping with us in the middle of the bed. So any time my wife or I would get up out of bed, it would wake the baby.

Room was spacious and laid out well, breakfast area was nice with plenty of tables

Beds were small for two people and not very comfortable. Front desk was found to be left unattended multiple times during stay.

Stayed with pets, which is a huge reason I used La Quinta. Spacious room suite.

I requested a quiet room but all they had was something by the highway. Not a big breakfast selection.

The cost. Beds seemed clean and comfy.

The elevators were broke and we had a handicap person with us we were on the 3 floor so had to take the stairs multiple times a day which was NOT fun. The room had carpenter ants. There was a Reese’s cup shoved in the ac unit. Very obvious water damage from the room above us in our bath room. Windows were full of condensation and water from acs above dripping. No safety lock on windows they open all the way on the third floor-with children. The pool was very dirty. Sludge on the sides lots of stuff in the bottom of the pool. the handicap lifts did not work. The ladder in the deep end was broken. Come breakfast the selection was very minimal and I had to ask for more stuff to be put out. Which breakfast started at 8 and 8:30 there wasn’t much left. The biggest thing for us was the elevators being broken

Location was in a nice area. Beds were comfy. There was plenty of space in the room and a nice breakfast area.

One elevator (closest to our room on 3rd floor) was out. First floor was a little smelly. We assumed from dogs allowed.

Dirty. Had to change rooms due to smell of smoke. Was moved to a room with a wet carpet and nasty tub. Bed very uncomfortable. Sheets very rough

Easy access from the freeway and lots of restaurants in the area.

This facility is run down and in need of lots of repairs. The pool area is in need of lots of work. The handicap access to the jacuzzi was falling down and there are a lot of broken or missing pavers on the pool deck. The room had several issues, the shower nozzle was plugged with mineral deposits, the bed sheets had large visible stains. Overall the facility was dirty and in disrepair.

Had to leave very early to catch flight, didn't get breakfast.

Didn't see an exhaust fan for bathroom

Airport was pretty close.

The smell of Reafer. But our room number was 420 so we shouldn't be surprised.

Nice hotel, location

Infested with ants. Moved to another room that room infested. Found roach in 1st room.
