No breakfast but room had microwave and fridge, nice welcome basket, free coffee, tea and keurig. Breakfast items could be purchased. Fantastic location in town and on the beach . Great View

The property was newly remodeled and beautiful.
The property is separate from what is known as the typical Hallmark Resort. The Hallmark ocean front all have a view of Haystack rock; this did not. I purposely booked this hotel for that view and it was disappointing that was not clear.

Views of the beach and easy access to the beach. Warm, free, yummy chocolate chip cookies given out daily in the late afternoon. Romantic fire place to take the chill out and add the right amount of ambiance .
TV is placed in an odd space (on the dresser off to the side vs above the fireplace) but it did not impact our stay as we don't really watch it anyway.

The room as clean and had a great jacuzzi tub.
we loved the bed and robes. Free detergent and laundry room helped mid trip for us. walking distance to Wayfair restaurant ($$$ but so good). Free parking! they will help you make a fire on the beach with blankets, chairs and s’more supplies!

We really enjoyed our brief stay and will make this our hotel of choice moving forward. We received a free upgrade to a partial view and were looking directly at Haystack rock. The partial view room was great, with a sheltered balcony. We enjoyed the fireplace. The hotel is on the beach and very easy to access. There is a brewery/restaurant right across the street and town is within walking distance. The pillows were comfortable.
The mattress was not as comfortable as I hoped, but comfortable enough that I would stay again.

There was no breakfast provided and that would be a major concern.
The view was spectacular and the fireplace was lovely. We found the room small.
At that price point, we expected either a hot breakfast or a kitchenette in the room - neither were provided.
The pool and gym were excellent. The view was exceptional!

the resort has a very nice room view.
i just dont like the room that we stayed at. it has a very horrible foul urine poop smell. it smell the room all night even if we already open the balcony doors.

Super comfortable bed and room -fireplace was great.
Wish the sauna heated up to proper sauna temperatures. The heated pool was great and the hot tub. But the pool area could use loungers and overall TLC.
